Midwest Flood Restoration was great. We had flooding in our basement. They took care of evryting. Would recommend them to family and friends.Richard was excellent.

We called on a Saturday morning. They were at our home within two hours and we live over an hour outside of Saint Louis. The worker was extremely professional. He did everything he said he was going to do. We couldn't possibly be happier.

Cleaned, sanitized, and dried out our basement after a sewer back up. Very professional and thorough clean up. Haven't had any problems with odor or mold. Great job.

Once they found out insurance was covering mitigation, they stretched out the time that their fans blew in the house all weekend and conveniently couldn't get them until 3 days later increasing the bill. It was a sewage clean up and mitigation and didn't even clean up right next to the sewer. When taking out 2 feet of walls, they ripped the tape and mudding all the way to the ceiling which now the whole walls have to be replaced and that's not covered by insurance.

The service was immediate and they catered to my schedule completely. Both Rich and Moe were incredibly professional and did excellent work, very quickly.

Midwest responded quickly to our basement flood/sewer back up where 2 feet of water created an absolute mess. Within 3 days all the damaged items were removed, hauled away and the basement was sanitized and dry. Mike was especially helpful with the insurance company and all the requirements and stipulations they have. If, God forbid, another incident like this should occur I would not hesitate to use them.

Midwest is quite literally the ONLY reason we were not completely taken advantage of by our insurance company (fyi if you have Traveler’s insurance then CHANGE COMPANIES BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!). Midwest was courteous, consultative, generous, etc. etc. I really mean it. They were super nice. They helped us with things that went way above and beyond what they had to do. Mike helped us fight an insurance battle over a water loss that has been going for 5 months now. It has taken 5 months to get this cleaned up and the reconstruction put back together because Travelers outright denied facts and drug their feet for so long. Thaknfully we documented well and Mike helped us along the way; so, we have been taken care of almost totally so far. Although, we still have some property to go through; but that’s another story. Bottom line, Midwest is THE company to use for any kind of mitigation/restoration job. Mike is professional, honest, hardworking; and his team is too. I simply cannot say enough kind and encouraging things about this company. Every other party we have dealt with in this endeavor has been difficult, problematic, and mediocre, at best; and some have been downright terrible organizations that are no different than criminal in my opinion. However, Midwest Flood Restoration has been an absolute saving grace in what would have otherwise been a horrific loss. Thanks Midwest!! :D

If you ever have a water damage problem, go to Midwest Flood Restoration. They are efficient, professional, polite, knowledge and do a timely and great job. It is wonderful to have a company who works on your home as if it is theirs. Fantastic service with lots of empathy.

5 out of 5! These guys are prompt, courteous, and deliver on what they promise. Obviously a flooded basement is a terrible problem and, quite frankly, feels overwhelming - if not impossible - to remedy. That is why you call the pros in - they know what to do. They explained the process, did the work in a timely manner, and even dealt with the kiddos and pets trying to "help". (They even helped deal with the insurance!) We had a flooded basement and I worked with Mike and Rich on the phone and Adam on site who was very thorough. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, kind and professional and they got things done quickly! I highly recommend Midwest Flood to anyone who needs help! I couldn't have had a better experience!

We came home from a week long cruise to find a waterfall in our beautifully finished basement. While we were gone a pipe had burst in our 1st floor bathroom and water could have been flowing for the entire week damaging both levels of our home. After shutting off the main water supply, we called Midwest Flood Restoration. They arrived at dawn the next morning, reasuured us that all would be well, then tirelessly worked for 5 days, removing wet drywall, pulling up carpeting, hauling away our damaged personal items, packing up items to be saved then drying out/sanitizing the entire area. We were ready for reconstruction in less than a week! Midwest Flood Restoration workers were truly our heroes and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of flood restoration work.

I have used these guys TWICE now and would not choose anyone else for my restoration needs. i cannot say enough positive things about Midwest Flood Restoration. The company responded immediately when I called for help with a plumbing and flooding issue in my kitchen.The employees were professional in dealing with the situation and handled the household items that had to be moved with care. Michael Cahill was especially helpful, and went above and beyond what would normally be expected in a situation like I had. It was a pleasure for me to work with Midwest Flood Restoration and one that I would recommend to others.

I had abandoned all hope of finding a company that was honest and began to search for a retirement village or assisted need apartment. To my dismay Midwest changed that decision for me within three days. Robert was professional, yet kind. His knowledge was quite impressive.

Midwest has finished cleaning my basement and it looks and smells wonderful. I had never heard of a soft clog until a plumber came to my home. I wonder how much is spent before one realizes it is not a do it yourself job. Midwest gave m.e another first, they did not take advantage of the fact that I am unable to over see anyone's work. Robert and Andrew came upstairs often to let me know how the work was going and informed of some unrelated issues I needed to be aware of as well.

On July 4th weekend, we went into our basement and found that our ceiling was buckling from water from a broken pipe. We called Midwest Flood Restoration and they were at our house within a few hours. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and worked fast. They even worked with our insurance company so we didnt have to. Everyone we had contact with in this company was great. We would highly recommend to anyone and, God forbid we have something else happen in our house, we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
