Max was the first Architect that my husband and I have ever hired and we weren't disappointed. Before hiring Max, we were overwhelmed with our +2,000sq/ft gut rehab of our Central West End condo. Once Max stepped in he was able to quickly turn around solid and detailed plans that made us much more comfortable with tackling our project.

Max worked diligently with my wife and I to design our dream master suite in our attic. He took the time to walk the space with us before sitting down to hear all of our lofty goals. Max did a couple drafts of the space helping guide our vision. He was extremely flexible in fine tuning the design with us before landing on the final design.

Our space was limited because our roof line and plumbing location. Challenges which were overcome by Max’s attention to detail and the end design. We are so happy with our space and couldn’t have done it without Max.

I called Max to see if he could help us with our project. Our deadline was outside of what they could do, reasonable, so he gave me a few great references. He took the time to do it, while at home with his family. Thank you Max! Great service

I've worked with GHS on 7 complete home renovations (mainly historic city homes) as well as on several minor remodels. Hired them for a full makeover of my kitchen a couple of years ago, and this year a bathroom (so far). I continue to recommend Scott and his team to my family and friends.

We called Grand Home Solutions after realizing our previous contractor was doing a terrible job and consistently going over budget and a ten week renovation ran into a five month job. Grand Home professionals came in and assessed what needed to still be completed as well as repainting everything, redo plumbing and wiring that was not done correctly. We love our new and safe home. We highly recommend them. They completed on time and in budget.

We love our kitchen constructed by Grand Home Solutions! We feel like the project was a good partnership between ourselves and the entire GHS team. We were really pleased with our Project Manager, and were sad that he didn't get to see us through to the completion as he had to swap out toward the end for another project.
There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as is to be expected with any construction project of this size. However, GHS was very responsive whenever there was an issue or question about something. They were quick to call the subcontractor back to discuss any issues and follow through to our satisfaction.
Overall, we love how the kitchen turned out and would recommend GHS to other's wanting to do construction on their home. Very good responsiveness with this company and Scott became a friend!

I had Midwest flood restoration out here when our pipe broke upstairs in the kitchen .they had there guys out here promptly and got everything fixed fast .they are a great company to have do your flood restoration.

Had the company out for a damage repair estimate. Employee did not even offer to wear a face mask. Called the following day to ask if I wanted to accept their bid, but never gave me a price or paper to turn into my insurance. Called back to see if they could send me anything with a price estimate and was told they didn’t want to do the job. Unprofessional throughout the whole process and wasted my time.

Fantastic! Prompt, thorough, friendly employees. Couldn't even tell the sewer backed up when they were done. Local business with better service than larger 1-800 companies. Will happily hand over their business card.
