i can't say enough great things about derek and the team. derek came out to my place in st. louis on a saturday night to help out, even though we had never met before. there was an electrical issue at my house caused by some work going on nearby. derek first walked me through shutting off the main breaker for safety. then, he arrived quickly and repaired the transformer on my furnace, which meant making two trips to the store to get everything needed to get my heat back on. he stayed from around 5 pm until 9 pm, making sure everything was working right. derek checked every outlet and the electrical system around my house and yard to be sure i wouldn't have any more problems. he also installed a whole house surge protector, which i highly recommend—it's a smart way to protect your appliances and avoid future headaches. his professionalism and friendly attitude made a stressful situation much easier. i also thought the price was fair for all the work he did. later, roger from his crew came back to repair the jacuzzi motor and gave me more helpful advice. if derek and his team are willing to travel, i'll definitely call them for any electrician needs from now on.
