Looking for direct-wire LED tape lighting, their price was much better than a couple other METRO-area LIGHTING store that are their competitors.

I have tried several times to get help, or lighting components from these people, and they are rude and unhelpful. I'm pretty sure the positive reviews were written by their own staff, or their brother-in-law, because I've dealt with them several times in recent years, and NEVER had a positive experience, nor found what I needed.

They've always been helpful and saved my bacon on many occasion. However I need a supply house that is open Saturday mornings for that unexpected service call. Even 1 salesman can make aĺl the difference. Holt claims that they are hungrier than their competitors on the website but do the same as their competitors.
