I canceled the appointment I had with Matts Electric Co. because they set me up on their schedule and never showed up! I never got a call stating they would be late or anything. I waited 2.5 hours on them before I called them to tell them I'll look elsewhere. Very bad business!

I think Matts Electric Co. is fantastic. Their staff was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and ensured that everything was done correctly the first time.

They no showed me 3 times- that’s a total of 9 hours waiting around for them. Once they did show up on the 4th day, they charged me $500 to fix one outlet. Definitely will not be using them again.

Punctual for doing the work to install new electrical panel and completing it. That meant power was restored and we only had to do without it for less than eight hours instead of a possible 24 hours or more. One of the electricians also works with their company that repairs the hole left from the removal of the old and installation of the new panel. Pleased with everything.

They subcontracted my job without my knowledge. After $1200, there was a wire running along the side of the house on the outside. Very unseemly. Neighbors complaining. Asked them to refix it and make it cosmetically appropriate (lower the wiring to the ground along the concrete). Been over a week and still no response. Waiting a week for the initial work as well.

Matts Electric Co. is the best!! They were very professional and prompt. This is a company that knows their stuff, and has better pricing and than any other company around. Will definitely tell everyone I know about them.

Nick quoted us a price over the phone. They came the next day to do the job. After it was done they cleaned up everything before they left. The job was done beautifully. The technician from this place replaced our old fluorescent fixtures with new LED fixtures and switches in entire household. They did a meticulous job cleaning up the old wires and installing new compact fixtures. They were flexible and easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Strongly recommend!!

Matts Electric Co. technician did an excellent job in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. They ran power from my house to my shed. I had already put the boxes in and ran the wire inside the shed. He was kind enough to point out the things I had done in an unsafe way and he redid the entire work patiently.
