Neal Russel came out and did a fantastic job. Neat, efficient and reasonable. I would highly recommend Rosco for any and all electrical needs.

I have called them at least 10 times in the past few days. I have left messages and no one is returning my call. Makes me wonder if they are still in business. They did some work for me a few years ago and want to use them again. Any suggestions?

Prompt and price as advertised. Clean and well-dressed employee. Electrician was skilled and pleasant. He did not waste time answering phone calls or running back and forth to his vehicle like other electricians.

Rosco Electric scheduled an in-home estimate with me for today between 2-4 PM. No one showed. I called at 4 PM, and no one answered and I haven't received a call or email and it is 9 PM. This is an inconvenience for me as I reorganized parts of my day to be home for the estimate, and it is unprofessional not to call or follow up by email.

I was very happy with my Rosco Electric experience! Vishal arrived at our mutually arranged time. He hung my new dining room chandelier and he helped me determine the best height. Then we collaborated on where and how high to place beside lights and four framed drawings that I wanted over the headboard and between the lights. My wall are very hard, plaster over concrete, I think, that was a challenge to drill. Spacing the drawings was also pretty challenging with all of the math and leveling involved. Vishal was so patient, mathematical and level! Also, very pleasant to work with!,

This was my third time having Neal come do various electrical projects at my house. He’s a wizard with old houses and I’m always perfectly satisfied with his work. If all service was done by people like Neal, it would be a wonderful thing.

Rosco Electric was easy to work with and sent out a great crew. The work was well done and went quickly, with minimal disruption to the business taking place nearby. I will definitly be using them again.

We were having problems. Ameren came out and said we had a corroded connection. Another electrician gave us a $900.00 estimate. Rosco came out and cleaned the connection, tightened it and charged $83.00 TOTAL. All is well now. Decent and honest are hard to find these days.

I hired Rosco to install some bathroom exhaust fans and a few ceiling fans. Unfortunately, the bathroom fan installation was totally amateur. They were not connected to existing flexible ducting in my attic. So the bathroom fans were exhausting directly into my attic. I had to hire another contractor to come do the job properly.

To be fair, the ceiling fan installation was fine.

Absolutely the best service. They scheduled my appointment within a day, showed up on time, and worked steadily till the job was done. I had a garbage disposal installed and needed to have it wired in my 70 year old house that had never had a disposal before. The job that was done by Bernard was clean and professional and I could not be more pleased. On another note, I wanted a light fixed and Bernard determined that the problem was more extensive than we thought. An honest electrician is hard to find and I am keeping them in my phone!! Awesome bunch of guys, especially Bernard.

Rosco Electric is a great outfit. On a burning hot day in July, they came out and upgraded two fuse boxes to circuit breakers. Dwain worked quickly and efficiently and even scheduled the electrical inspection from University City. The next time I need an electrical repair...Rosco Electric will be at the top of the list.

I thought they were going to be ok. I needed some minor work done pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it was part of a buyer's home inspection, so doing the work myself wasn't possible. I was told three times, they could get me on the schedule for early the next week. 4 days after I was supposed to get their written proposal, 10 phone calls, and 5 messages later, I finally got a call back (after leaving a message asking to talk to a manager). We're past the date where I needed the work to be done and I'm told it will have to be next week, which is too late for closing.
I understand schedule crunches. I understand getting backed up. I do not understand leading a customer on to think the work would be done on time. I do not understand not calling someone back. And I do not understand the well that's just too bad attitude. The least they could have done (other than return a call to tell me the work couldn't be done on time) was to provide a recommendation for someone who could actually do the work.
Basically, don't trust them to do what they say (again I understand delays) or to care enough to call you back or try to help you with a solution.
And the guy they sent to write the proposal doesn't know the code very well either.

My wife and I recently moved to our first house and we needed to have wiring done for our electric range and hood.

We called these guys and the gentleman that helped us out showed up in a timely manner for the estimate and the actual work.

He was very professional and even educated us on how our electrical panels and circuit breakers work.

If we ever need work done again, we will definitely have them to do it.

Be sure to ask for Vishal, he knows his stuff.

Neal made quick work of diagnosing our porch light problem and fixing it.

Building upon that success he replaced the broken laundry room ceiling pull-cord fixture with a new one.

The recently installed a 200 amp breaker box in my home in Creve Coeur. Neal was friendly, professional, and great with my young son whom was very interested in Neal's work. He was also tidy and detail oriented which i appreciate. I didn't have to wait long to have the work performed, either. I highly recommend Roscoe!

Very good service overall and quick as well. They installed a new service line outside and salvaged my electrical box on the interior. There was an extra charge for a main breaker that was quoted separately, but the overall price was still very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to friends. Thanks!
