Hestor Electrical Services whole staff were great in helping us troubleshoot and fix a data issue. They were quick, courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. When the need arose to come back to fix an issue, they did so immediately and worked the problem until it was resolved. I'd definitely recommend Hestor Electrical Services.

I had Hestor Electrical Services do two jobs for me in August and I have to say I'm impressed with everything they did. The work I needed was done professionally at a reasonable price. I'll definitely use Hestor Electrical Services again in the future when I need more electrical work done!

He was on time, extremely educated, courteous and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently all at a very reasonable cost. Hestor Electrical Services is one of the best cfompany in the area! This electrical repair company and its electricians were responsible for the excellent repair of my socket that was not working. It was these guys that managed to handle the repair beautifully, and I'm happy that my socket now was back to its normal usage. Indeed, a delightful and satisfactory service! From scheduling to billing, Zimmerman Electric has exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was easy and with a person. The two young men arrived timely as scheduled. They were excellent – professional, thoughtful in preparation and clean-up, and personable. I was so impressed!

Service van had a trump bumper sticker. While I think it's bad form to broadcast your political beliefs on a business vehicle, that's their prerogative. The problem is that van at my business gets complaints from my customers.

Have been super helpful and beyond accommodating . We’ve been dealing with passing Ballwin’s home inspection and dealing with their inspector John has been beyond a handful . They’ve been quick to respond and quick to do work for the inspections . Would defiantly use them again .

It's not often these days that a business goes above and beyond, but Zimmerman sure did today. I work from home in a a little studio in my backyard with a window unit. I had gone into my house and when I went back out there the power was out and there was a slight smell of smoke that I thought I had smelled yesterday. I figured that the issue was a breaker since the electricity was on in the house. I checked the breaker and sure enough it had tripped, but I couldn't get it to go back on.

Luckily, I found a business card from Zimmerman that a neighbor had given me some time ago with a recommendation if I ever needed an electrician. I called and the phone was immediately answered by a lovely woman named Debbie. I explained the situation and that I really needed help because I needed to get some things done before I retire this Friday. She said the day was already scheduled, but that she would call the owner Joe Zimmerman and see if he could personally stop by this afternoon and she would call me back. Debbie called me back promptly and asked if I had a window unit in my office and when I said yes she said Joe wanted me to try something before he came out. She stayed on the phone with me while I unplugged all my equipment & the window unit and went back in the garage to the breaker box. This time I was able to switch the breaker back on. She told me to plug the AC back in and when I went to do that I noticed a burned spot in the power cord and exposed wires. She didn't need to tell me NOT to plug it back in!

This business could have totally taken advantage of me, but instead they (especially Debbie) were amazingly kind, responsive, and professional. I asked Debbie to send me a bill for the remote help and she said no, they were very happy they could help me. I will certainly call Zimmerman Electric the next time I need any electrical work.

The technicians from this place were excellent, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very hospitable. They had excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

These guys did an excellent job changing an outlet for my new cooker. They were prompt, polite, quick and efficient. They were very respectful and took great care of our house.They also cleaned up after they were done.I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.

I really liked the electrician when he came out but it has been a nightmare to get any communication from this company. 2 times I’ve had no-shows with no call. There’s no updates on job status (is there a part on order? Will they show up? Etc)…nothing. I’ve called 6 times in the last 3-4 weeks only to get the runaround and only see the technician once to look over the system and not actually perform any work. Things come up and I get that but communicate and honor commitments. I can’t recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Arrowhead Electrical Services. We had our shop fitted with new cameras and a brand-new DVR by a team from Arrowhead Electrical Services. Their services were professional. The systems installed were to the utmost quality. They also gave a tutorial on how the system works.
