There supervisors need to be train in how to talk to people

Always clean and the people are kind and friendly.

The owner Pete is very unprofessional I was trapped on and elevator for nearly 2 hours and I was not offered to go home the building manager had to express her concern in order for him to let me go home I have a 5 month old and a home and car I need to pay for and e fired me because of clocking in and out with out permission but it's lies I was there every time I was needed doing extra work not being paid for it

It was awesome I got what I called for right away Their very attentive

This company pays employees so little for the hard work they do. Additionally, there are union dues. Fast food would be a better route.

Cleaning company that will hire most individuals they try place you near your home to save travel time. The pay is decent they offer a lot of part time jobs. Ideally for a person needing a second job.

They did nt care a bit about us when the pandemic hit .they gave us on masks and wanted us to wash that .unless my supervisor was keeping them for him self they lied we did a on the spot hiring the said then that after 90 you get a raise that was a lie

Starting off with the staff they are so rude and very unprofessional. I been dealing with this pay card issue for over 3 weeks. I tried to activate it and they said the my employer gave them the wrong info so i called in the office and got that part straight took a couple days but it got done. So the money was suppose to be deposited on the next day but nothing was deposited fast forward to today i spoke with a lady whi said it was rejected she didn't give me a reason but said now i have to wait on a paper check which will take 7 to 10 days which is ridiculous cause i already been waiting going on a month

In generally, my experience with the air duct cleaning industry has been terrible. Companies that are impossible to get in contact with, companies that will schedule you and then not show up, places that want to charge insane prices, hoping that someone that doesn't know any better will pay them, places that want to schedule you four months from now, etc.

1st Global Cleaning was the first place I interacted with that had NONE of these issues. I contacted them via the website, and had a date scheduled (for just over a week away) before the end of the day. The price was fair (not "bottom barrel", but quality work never will be), and the work was done well. The workers were efficient, courteous and easy to work with. I have already recommended them to a friend!

Working with LUX was awesome! Andy came out, gave me a great quote, was super personable and professional, and his team came out and got the job done just as he said. All of them were pleasant to work with. They kept the job clean and kept the gardens nice all the way around the house as they cleaned each window. I'd highly recommend working with LUX. I've referred them to my neighbors and friends since we all like supporting our local businesses. Thanks again LUX for your help getting the house ready for summer!

Excellent power wash of brick patio and concrete walkway. Timely service at reasonable price.

Had LUX come out for window cleaning and pressure washing and the results were outstanding. All the windows — glass, frames, sills, and screens — were completely clear, and the pressure washing on the driveway and patio removed all of the built-up grime.

They were was super friendly, personable & professional. Booked the quarterly clean bundle for both services and absolutely love it.
