Addressed all of my concerns and listened to them. Very polite and explained all of thier findings and things to look out for. Encouraged me to be sure to call if I noticed or found any unwanted pests and they would come back out to address and take care of them.

Emily was prompt in arriving. She is very thorough in her work. She carefully explains what she is doing. More importantly, Emily got rid of the mice in my basement. She left food traps and returned in 2 weeks to check the traps. I felt good about Bug Out's work in my home.

Amazing Company

I own three rental properties and had contracted with Bugout for routine service on all three and paid them automatically each quarter. In January I learned that services for which I was paying, treatment for both inside and outside of the homes, was not being performed. During that conversation I spoke with multiple supervisors/managers and scheduling personnel and provided contact information for the tenants so they could coordinate inside treatment to which they agreed. I just found out that they have not been reaching out to the tenants as agreed but simply treating the outside only. Needless to say, this is not what I am paying for and after speaking with no less than 3 different supervisors today have received nothing more than an acknowledgment of our agreement in January and a simple, "sorry." They offered no explanation other than our tenants should call them to schedule the appointment which is totally unacceptable. So, they get a 1 star review for customer service and, just lost 3 accounts.

Cailee was very professional and knowledgeable about doing preventative care services inside and outside my house. She also reviewed new procedures with me to combat red mites around my pond. I don’t remember the official name she said but she made sure she identified them for me and what to use to get rid of them. She is very careful with the products she use not to spray around my water features and pond with live Koi and Goldfish. Thanks Cailee!

They are awesome overall. Whatever concerns I have, they are on it right away. Cailee does an amazing job fitting me into the schedule and taking care of my concerns.
