Aladdin Chem-Dry cleaned all the carpets in a townhouse of mine. Their technician arrived on time, and he did a great job, and not only that but also in a very reasonable timeframe. I was pleased with the results. I also interacted several times via phone with other company employees. Everybody was very courteous and eager to help!

After posting my concerns below, Kathy from Aladdin Chem-Dry contacted me and asked if they could come back to give the remaining stains another try. They did, and Tim really worked hard to re-clean the trouble spots. In fact, he re-did even more than I'd asked. Better yet, Tim offered to come back and give it another go if any of the stains re-appeared. In my mind, that's a stand-up business.

Original review: Immediately after the cleaning, everything looked great. The hardest carpet stains were still visible, but less so than before cleaning. Now more than a week later, many of the original stains in both carpet and upholstery are re-emerging. Not sure what happened in between the day of cleaning and now. The service person worked super hard on the job, so it isn't an issue of effort. I wish I'd known what to expect from the end result.

Tim was focused on what he was doing.. He helped me get a major stain out of the carpet. My carpet is 12 years old, and it looks beautiful.

Travis and Shawn cleaned my area rugs. They even managed to come in earlier than my appointment time. They were friendly and professional. They explained the cleaning process and gave me chances to ask questions, which they answered appropriately. They were efficient and left my rugs sparkling clean. They look like new again!

Very happy with the technician Travis and the overall service. Travis is just the sweetest professional. My son’s room smelled like dog pee and I had already paid someone else to clean it but the smell still lingered. The scheduling person explained in detail how their chemicals work which was much appreciated. Travis brought a light to see exactly where the pee was and targeted those areas in addition to deep cleaning both rooms with a special chemical for pet stains. The carpets look and smell like new! Ready for some grandkids! I’m so happy to have found these guys!

Tim from Chem-Dry came out yesterday and did an absolutely beautiful job on my carpets. He was here for about 2 hours and got rid of spots that I didn't think would come out. Very friendly, hard-working, and efficient. I had someone else clean my carpets last year and they didn't look much different than they did before they started. I will always use Chem-Dry and highly recommend!
