Nelson and Associates owner Damian Nelson is as nice and professional as the come. We use Nelson and Associates regularly for services relating to our property management company and he’s incredibly reliable and priced competitively. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Damian came to re-stretch the carpet in our upstairs hallway. It was a tricky section with lots of corners. It took him only about an hour, he was on time, very professional, and encouraged us to call if there's an issues later on. Would certainly recommend!

Damien was on time, courteous, very respectful of my apartment and very reasonably priced! The carpet in the dining area had severe stains embedded in the carpet and Damien made them disappear. I’m very impressed with his hard work and would recommend him for any type of cleaning you need to have done. Just an all around nice guy!!!! 😀

My first experience with Nelson & Associates was phenomenal. I relocated for work and needed my property cleaned and presentable for a tenant to move in. Mr. Nelson had done a phenomenal job by being quickly available with our quick timeline. Because of the outstanding job and customer service I had received the first time, I just recently used them again. They provided cleaning, maintenance, and carpet repairs ahead of the property hitting the market. I would definitely recommend them!

Damien did such an amazing job. I told him my air ducts and carpet was bothering my asthma and he came the very next day. I haven’t been short of breath since. Mr. Nelson and his team were professional, was able to start on our carpet the day we called and wrapped up the very next day. The prices were reasonable and he also gave us tips on shower wall tile maintenance. I would definitely recommend!!

Miracle workers! We had used them before, and had been very happy with the price and quality of the work, but this job was an all-out miracle. Seriously, I cannot say enough about the job these guys did for us recently. We were ready to tear out the carpet the tenant had left in such bad shape. We thought it could not be saved. Nelson & Associates not only cleaned it, but were able to re stretch it for us. Truly, saved us thousands. We really appreciated their professionalism on the job as well. Left everything in ship-shape and did not quit til it was done. I know it took a lot longer than they originally thought it would take. Some before and after pictures below.
