Very friendly at first call to schedule an appointment. We have used ChemDry on several occasions and have always been pleased with the quality of the service as well as the friendliness of the techs. Every six months I have the carpet and my mom's apartment in her assisted living facility cleaned and another company does the deep dive cleaning of the other stuff. Tim has been doing mine in my husband's carpet for years and years, and I know that he is trustworthy, and he's honest and he works hard and he cares about the job he is doing. That is something you just don't see much today. He takes real pride in what he does. We will also be having him come back in february or march to clean.After the holidays. I always specifically ask for him and if he's not available.I will change our schedule to match when he can come. Now reading this review, don't all of you ask for him because he needs to be available when we needem, ha ha.
