We used Maidpro for a move out clean on a property my husband was selling and was so impressed we hired them for a weekly clean of our condo. Each time the condo was left spotless - the girls were professional, extremely pleasant and efficient. I love that they bring everything they need, were always on time and even though they were very quick - nothing was overlooked! Apple was great to communicate with and clearly cares about her clients needs. Would highly recommend Maidpro!

We've used Maidpro for years and highly recommend them. In addition to doing a great cleaning job, they are always flexible with our schedule. Our point person, Sharon, makes sure our home looks great and leaves delightful notes. We always look forward to coming home to a sparkling house on cleaning day!

On December 24, 2026 MaidPro was hired to come deep clean my home. They were to arrive between 11 am-1 pm. When they did not arrive within that time period I call and was informed they would not be arriving till 3:30 pm at the earliest. This resulted in not enough time left in the day to do a deep clean. When the cleaners arrive I was instructed to tell the to clean the areas of most importance. Those were the cleaning the hall bath, cleaning the kitchen, dusting the primary bedroom, cleaning the primary bath, and cleaning all the floors in those rooms.
When the cleaners arrived we went outside to give them space to clean. When they finished they left and we were unaware they left. Several areas of flooring were not cleaned and part of the primary bathroom.
I called MaidPro on December 26th to report this and to find a resolution since our deep clean was never performed. I was told that Monique would be the person I needed to speak to and she was out sick but would call me the following week.
Monique called my the following tuesday, December 30th. She did apologize for the multiple issues we had. It was then scheduled that we would have out deep clean on January 2, 2026 at 10 am and we would recieve a one hour credit for the items that were not cleaned.
On January 2 we were again waiting for the cleaners to show up. By 11:30 am when no one had arrived I called to inquire what the delay was. I was told that the cleaners had just arrived at the house they were to clean before mine and would be at least another 2 hours before their arrival. At this point I asked for Monique to call me immediately. When I did not hear from her within the hour I called again to let the answering sevice know to cancel my cleaning and please have Monique call me.
Fast forward to the following week and on January 6 Christine called me and I explained the situation and I would like a refund. She let me know she would need to talk to Monique and would get back to me. End result no refund!!

Building Butlers did a great job! I especially like the electrostatic disinfection equipment that they use to reduce the risk associated with COVID-19.

Steven is very professional. He does a great job cleaning upholstery and carpets. I have used him for years and think he is the best!

They do fantastic work. Make your rugs and furniture look new. They do tile as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I just want to give a big thank you to a cup named chuck ellis who works there. He did such a great job on my windows and he deserves a raise . He's really good at his job and the nicest guy . Very polite. I highly recommend Hercules and s-n-k building services for clean windows. Just make sure you ask for chuck. He's thier best guy.

Highly recommend Ultrasteam for carpet cleaning! Paul was able to get us scheduled very quickly. He did an amazing job getting our carpets cleaned, including one room with cat urine. Paul was also very nice and professional. Very affordable as well! Would not hesitate to call again for any future needs.

We had Ultrastream redo the grout in our 20 year old tile floors. The results are stunning. The kitchen floor, and entry landings look newly installed. Ron is an excellent communicator. Ron and Darrin arrived on time and completed the work in the expected timeframe.

I will unconditionally recommend Ultrasteam to anyone needing to refresh their tile floors.

Ultrasteam is absolutely fantastic. Don't bother calling anyone else. They took my tile floor to brand NEW!! They are professionests, polite, and very reasonable in price. The best in St. Louis for sure.

Paul with Ultrasteam just got through cleaning my carpet. Paul did a great job! He didn't have a problem going over areas that I may or may not needed to go back over. As a new customer I will definitely give them a call in the future. If you want a clean carpet give them a call.
