Very easy to schedule on-line. The service was excellent; we were running late and Elena was very patient, kind, and helpful. She also was very efficient and did an excellent job! Would recommend her work!

I would definitely recommend zero Rez to my friends and I have. The technician was very respectful, actually friendly and explained everything that needed to be done and that he would do. I appreciated the bonus that I got in my Cleaning which really made it a great price.

Wonderful job and great experience! Our technician, Shawn, was professional, advised us of arrival and did a fabulous job! Above and beyond, he showed attention to detail and really paid special attention to our “problem “ areas without any prompting. Would definitely recommend both him and the company!

We were very pleased with getting our carpets cleaned today with Zerorez. Our technician, Shawn, was very professional and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time to give us an ETA and arrived on time. He first walked through each room and discussed the process and asked about problem areas for each room. While cleaning we were very impressed with the equipment- they even have door frame protectors to prevent the machinery doing damage to walls and doors. The price was confirmed before Shawn started the job and matched the quote received prior when site unseen. Our carpet dried within 5 hours and looks great. We would highly recommend Zerorez and Shawn (Hope I’m spelling his name correctly).

This was a TOTAL waste of money. I contacted them to have the cushions for my outdoor furniture that I’ve had less than a year cleaned. The first time a technician came, he tried to charge me $25 per cushion when I was quoted $10 per cushion. He also said if I let him do it under his own business that he is trying to get started he’d come back later and do it for the $10 per cushion.

I reported this technician, they apologized, and someone was supposed to come the next week. No one showed up.

After yet another apology, today’s technician came and cleaned 40 cushions in less than an hour and they look exactly the same as the looked when he came with only a few of them being damp. They were NOT cleaned AT ALL. He merely put some water in a few of them. No chemical smell what-so-ever because none were used.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

They came from St Louis and cleaned the ductwork in entire house. They were very professional and polite. There was no mess in house during or after. They replaced all vent covers and left great videos of the process. I would recommend the service to anyone wanting done. They were half the price of company in Springfield.

Mark and Shawn cleaned our vents and did a great job! I would definitely use them again. Easy process and loved being able to see video of collection of dust in our system. We look forward to breathing a bit easier now that we have clean vents!

Recently had my ducts cleaned by I called them at 4:00 p.m. the day before and they were here by 2:00 p.m. the next day the job was done quick and professionally. Technicians were very friendly and after comparing prices Zerorez was cheapest I found. They also applied a fogger to my ductwork to prevent mold and other bacteria. The closest quote I got from other places was $275 more and that was without the fogging treatment

Terrible. A huge stain was left on my couch, which I knew might not come out, but it was clear from my cameras and from the couch itself that a subpar job had been done and the stain had not even been gone over. Perfunctory job, which seems to be a trend with services now. The couch really looked no different and the guy was in and out in an hour or less and no effort was put in. I also contacted Zerorez and left a message on Thursday night right after I saw the couch after the “cleaning” and they still haven’t contacted me back. I trusted the reviews and I shouldn’t have. Use Stanley Steamer or someone else! Also it was like $200 and when I confirmed it was an apartment on the 6th floor, they added $50, which is crazy jaut to bring up the “portable” machine. I have an elevator, so I don’t get it.

The young man who came to my home was very pleasant. He asked questions to find out exactly what I wanted. He then went to work and accomplished everything I asked. He was organized and thorough. He accomplished more than I thought he could, with stains and wear in the carpet. Before he left, he gave thorough directions on how long to wait for drying.
My experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend both him and the company, and I will definitely call them again.

We had our carpets cleaned at our 1500 sq ft office and they were fast and did an outstanding job. Very reasonably priced! Freddie was our technician. He was very nice and pretty funny.

Jason was great. He was very friendly and professional. I can’t believe how clean my rug and carpet came. Had them a few years ago and again this year. I will keep using them.

Jason did an amazing job! He arrived early and was very through in explaining the process. He was able to clean two rooms and stairs for an amazing price. All the carpets look brand new. He was also very thorough in explaining the aftercare

We had a wonderful experience. I Made the appointment online and chose a day and time convenient to our schedule. Technician communicated and arrived on time, was very polite and friendly, and completed the work with great results. When I asked about cleaning the bathroom tile, he quickly measured, quoted, and was able to complete that, as well.Our floors have never looked better! The invoice and payment options were sent via text, and I was able to make payment with credit card.

Will use this company again.
Good communication and they did a great job.
