I had the carpeting in my house cleaned today. ZeroRez did a great job, was prompt, courteous, and the price was very fair. We are very happy with their service. Thank you ZeroRez!

Technicians were fabulous! Thank you Steven and your trainee (I forgot his name)! Both were great guys and took time to engage with my kids and show them how their equipment works. Fabulous cleaning job. Much appreciated!

This place is great! I loved that I was able to book online and they offered transparent pricing. The technician called when he was about 40 minutes away giving us plenty of time to prepare for his arrival. Shawn was professional and got straight to work. Explained the process and got in and out in under an hour. We were given a window of 10-1pm and I’m so happy they came at the 10am mark. Most companies always push you to the end of the window.

While Freddy was a nice guy, I’m not completely satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning. It seems the clean areas look great, but the areas that were dirty, didn’t come very clean. These areas are high traffic areas. I thought maybe the edges would be cleaned, but they are still dirty. I waited to send this today after things had dried a bit. I had two small rooms to be cleaned with only working around the furniture. I thought $179 was high for the service. I did tip Freddy cash. The first 3 photos are the high traffic areas and the last two are the areas that were pretty clean to begin with.

On time, efficient and effective. Both Cortez and Ben were kind, polite and hard working. We upgraded during the service call to the Breathe Clean technology based on Cortez’s recommendation. They took photos and videos of below and after as well as throughly explaining the process. Highly recommend.

Jason was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all that was done and how to care for the carpet during the next few days. And my very old carpet looked great when he was finished! One other thing, the online scheduling listed that there were no available appointments until weeks out, so I called the local number and they scheduled me for the very next day!! Thank you Zerorez and Jason for a job well done!

Tez was excellent! He was personable experienced, and honest. He had great communication and even arrived early. The service was fast and looked and smelled amazing. Tez was even training someone who he allowed to close the cleaning session. I highly recommend Zerorez, especially Tez!!!

Tez did an amazing job for me cleaning my basement carpet and stairs. Very friendly and extremely professional! He got the carpet looking fresh and got rid of the musty smell in under a half hour! Highly recommend Tez and this company!

The whole process was pretty easy, they were quick to answer any questions I had prior to the tech coming.

I had a pretreatment done due to a new dog and it’s been 2.5 years since it’s been cleaned! I was very pleased with Alana’s work ethics and the ability to see my need. I was not surprised and the cost of the final result and cost.

Overall, the technician did a good job, however, there is an area (approximately 12”x12”) that did not clean as well as the rest of the carpet. We would appreciate a return visit to address this area. We have used Zerorez for a number of years now and have been extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them. This most recent visit is the first time we’ve ever encountered a problem.

Stephen did a beautiful job on my carpets! He was both careful and kind. He checked into the timing of cleaning my area rugs and found out he could get them back before my out of town company will arrive. Justin came and gave him a hand with moving my heavy furniture to get the rugs out. They had some tight corners and were extremely careful. Both young men were so polite and pleasant! I am very grateful for their help. A delightful experience!

The Zerorez technician Jason called and texted before our scheduled appointment to give us an estimate arrival time. He Introduced himself when he arrived and was very polite. He did a walkthrough with me to locate the problem areas, and promptly got to work. I had a large job and he finished in roughly 2 hours. After he was finished we went around and inspected his work. He explained the process he used and how long the carpets would take to dry as well as some techniques to speed up the drying. Our carpets look and smell great and will be ready for the holidays. Thank you Jason and Zerorez for a job well done.

We had a wonderful experience. We bought a home a few months back and had Zerorez come out and do a full air duct cleaning along with the dryer vent and we did add the duct fogging. Extremely impressive to see the before and after. Booking was easy. Communication was top notch. No hidden costs. This was the second time we’ve used Zerorez services!
