Jani-King was hired for a deep clean of our preschool kitchens. I met with Dwight to have a walk-through and discuss what we wanted. He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and assured me the job would be completed to my expectations. Judy handled all the scheduling and communications. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Chinedu was punctual, friendly, respectful and did a great job with the cleaning of our kitchens. We will be using them again.

We recently worked with Jani-King and we're very pleased with the customer service and quality of work they provided. Dwight, Amanda, and especially Judy were very helpful and very prompt in responding. They offered flexibility in scheduling the service and did not waste any time in completing the job.

This company treats their employees like dirt. Just because someone works for a cleaning company does not mean they are idiots. Start treating your employees with respect. DO NOT HIRE THIS BOTTOM FEEDING COMPANY!!

Poor customer service. Been calling for several weeks in regards to an incident that occurred at a malll to get a incident report that was made on 2/8/2026 and they never return calls...

Raven and her team are extremely professional and reliable. They serviced my Airbnb units and always did an amazing job. The units were consistently spotless, well cared for, and guest-ready every time. Communication was great, they paid close attention to details, and I never had to worry about the quality of their work. I highly recommend their cleaning services to anyone looking for dependable and thorough cleaners.

Did a great job at cleaning my vents for a good price. Service guys were very polite and efficient. They didn't even mind getting a sniff down by my dogs.

Zerorez just left my house & I am very pleased. I have used Zerorez in the past & have referred Zerorez to friends & family. The technician always does a thorough job & the carpet never has a sticky or chemical smell once cleaned & dried. Price is always very reasonable & I also do not get pressured into other services I do not need.

The communication process is seamless. However for the price we paid $490, I was disappointed. We had our sectional cleaned and there are still a few stains. Hallway carpet was also cleaned and it too still has some small spots. Overall clean-er but I really hoped all stains would be gone.

My tech was Jason. He did an exceptional job. Very professional and thoughal. I would rate him a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. Next time I use Zerorez, I would hope he would be my technician.

Zerorez did a great job! The guys that came to my house were so nice and thorough. They explained their process well and were quick, efficient, and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks good as new!
