I actually mistakenly booked STL Pro Wash because the name was similar to a company I used previously. While satisfied with the “other” company, STL Pro Wash far exceeded my expectations. They communicated well before, during, and after the job. The work crew was polite, informative, and worked like mules. They soft washed my house and power washed my deck. Both now look fantastic. And the pricing was fair and similar to previous work I had done. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Working with Robert and his team was a fantastic experience. From the initial call to get an estimate, the process was smooth and seamless. Robert’s communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage. When his team arrived, they were very polite and got to work right away. They even went above and beyond by spraying off our deck, which wasn’t part of the estimate, and we were very grateful for that. Our house and driveway look amazing, and we truly appreciate all their hard work.

They did a great job, so good in fact that my neighbors who have used other services asked who did my house and wanted the information to get their house done. My house was a walk-out 3 story tall house, so not an easy job - gutters look excellent (see picture)

This company was great to work with. Spoke with Robert to get an estimate and the house was done within a couple days. I have had my house power washed multiple times by other companies and their work does not even compare to the job done by this team. The guys doing the work where so nice and my house has never been cleaner. I will never use anyone but St. Louis Pro Wash in the future! Great job!

I had my house deep-cleaned by Amelia. What an excellent way to get every crack and corner cleaned. She went above and beyond what I expected. Behind my nightstand stood a dirty and sticky mess. I didn’t expect her to clean it. But I am very grateful she cleaned it. I couldn't reach the space to clean it.

I had my first cleaning with Cleaning Concepts today, and Vanessa and Cecia did an excellent job! I am very particular and they exceeded my expectations. They also followed the few instructions I had to the letter, which I really appreciate. The team was on time, very friendly, and very professional.

Money is tight but I do not regret this expense. The team of Rosanna & Virginia methodically tackled each room until my whole house gleamed. With my age and health I’m barely able to clean small sections at a time - I couldn’t catch up and found myself living in a dust pit. Now it feels luxurious to have everything clean, all at once. Plan to have them back as often as my budget allows.
