We hired Cleaning Concepts for a deep clean of our house. Aaliyah and Noah did an excellent job! Our house is sparkling clean and smells wonderful. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail.

They stand behind their work! They did a nice job but missed a few areas with all of our moving boxes- they came right back to make it sparkle! Will always recommend a company who stands behind what they do & aren't happy until you are.

This was my first time using a cleaning service, and the process of setting up my appointment was very frictionless and easy. Hugo did a great job, especially with the more more detail-oriented tasks that I hate doing, like cleaning the baseboards, oven, and vaccuming the upholstery. Everything looks (and smells) sparkling clean after his visit ✨️

They did an amazing job! They even made bows on the paper towels by my kitchen sink.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cleaned for me twice, First a deep clean the day U moved into a 1 bedroom apartment confirming an early appointment to begin moving in shortly afterwards, Cleaning crew did not show up until the afternoon. Were thorough in cleaning, although the completely renovated apartment was already close to spotless from the start,

My second cleaning was a routine clean 4 weeks later, which was a major disappointment, Sloppy half-hearted work and not at all worth the $140 charged for cleaning a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, Cleaning crew of 2 rushed out the door after 45 minutes and took no pride in their work.

When I asked why the leaf on the area rug was there, they responded, "we don't move furniture." Appears they think leaving it there made more sense than bending over to pick it up, along with a small piece if metal on the marble fireplace mantle I picked up.

Never anticipated needing to spend an hour after they left cleaning mirrors, windows, all my stainless steel appliances, kitchen sink, white spots on dark kitchen cabinets which had not been cleaned.

Walk-in shower had watermarks both on the glass shower door and shower the cleaning crew left behind and made no effort to clean the kitchen countertop, based on the rough feel of the surface, so maybe it already looked clean to them.

Would not recommend Cleaning Concepts based on the lousy routine cleaning they did. Never imagined I had to spend more time than they were here cleaning the apartment myself after they rushed out the door. Sad they took no pride in their work leaving me to clean it myself.

Jorge Kayla and Jill did a wonderful job on our home. This was the first cleaning (deep clean) and we will be receiving biweekly cleans now because of how amazing they did! So glad to have found this company to make our life easier.

Great cleaning. There were a few spots I noticed didn’t get cleaned. Door frames, a couple cobwebs left on the bathroom ceiling and the couches weren’t wiped down. All little things, but I thought the were supposed to be done as well.

Also, since the cleaning, our oven/control panel hasn't worked. We just noticed this and will reach out as soon as we can regarding it once we have a repairman out to find out what’s wrong.

We hired this service for a deep clean ($520) and were hoping to use them for weekly cleaning. I was very emphatic that I wanted to be home the first time, and that I leave at a certain time each day to pick up my kids (2:35-2:40). I thought the service was supposed to arrive at roughly noon and that I would get a text reminding me 30 minutes in advance. When they hadn’t arrived by 1, I called and the service explained that 12-4 is actually a window and they arrive anytime in that window (which wasn’t explained when I booked). I was told I would get a text 30 minutes in advance—-instead, the text came 9 minutes in advance—-just as I was leaving to get my kids. The home was definitely clean —-but nothing like how our longtime cleaning person of nine years used to leave our house. They also don’t bring shoe covers—-which is a priority for me. I wouldn't mind providing the shoe covers, but was really disappointed about the scheduling and timing. We don’t wear shoes in our house. They called to ask about my experience, and I provided this experience—-and they did not seem very concerned --- and told me it was well explained. This is not a good fit for our family. I didn't mind if I wasn't there the whole time, I just wanted to be there for the first hour or two for the 1st time. It sounds like they work more like a home delivery service -- -wide arrival windows and you just have to be flexible. I was waiting all afternoon to shower after my morning workout because I had no idea what time they were coming. Same deal on putting our dog outside. It's nice to have a general idea (narrower than 12-4) of when a new cleaning service will arrive. The nine minute text in advance was not the 30 minutes I was promised after expressing concerns. If you don't mind if you are home --- I would recommend this service. Great for people who are moving... Not great for a busy family that arrived home from school pick-up for a quick snack to a busy kitchen full of cleaning people --- (who also parked in front of my garage spot). They did offer to move, but we were rushing because we had to get to soccer and hockey practice. It was a stressful experience... I also was a little hesitant before booking because they couldn't really tell me much about the products they use. I try to use "greener" products because I am a recent breast cancer survivor and am careful about chemicals. I was willing to give them a try because the cleaning service is highly rated overall. The cleaners were very friendly and nice. I'm not exactly sure how long they stayed because I wasn't home. We won't be using this service again.

I can’t say enough good things about Cleaning concepts. They were able to start service the very next day I had signed up and not only that my maid Juana Ortega was outstanding. She truly matched their quality check of a deep clean and worked diligently from the moment she walked in to my house until finish. My stove has never looked better, the bathrooms are spotless, and having had all the walls, etc dusted makes me hopeful my allergies will finally get some relief! I also enjoy the fact that Cleaning concepts provides an estimated time of arrival with text message. This company truly defines a professional and reliable cleaning service!!

They did a great job on our first clean which was a deep clean. And not surprisingly, most of the 5 star reviews on here reference a deep clean service.

But the regular visits… They repeatedly send one person to clean our 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house. We only get service one a month and we have three small and messy children. It’s just not possible for only one person to do the level of cleaning we need and expect based on the price of the service. It takes the person 4-5 hours and she’s exhausted by the end, bless her heart.

All the cleaning people put the sheets on sideways. I called to tell the company once and they assured me they have a specific way that they train their employees to make the bed. Well it clearly isn’t working. I am always amazed how you can put sheets on sideways and not realize they don’t fit on the bed. I shouldn’t have to strip and remake the beds after they’ve been made.

Last, is it crazy to expect them to move a small trash can or laundry basket to vacuum under it rather than vacuuming right up to it and stopping? Maybe I am asking too much.

I was originally told the cleaners would arrive in the morning, but they didn’t come until closer to noon. I was also told there would be at least two people, but the second person—her manager—didn’t show up until the last hour. Because of this, the appointment ran into my afternoon plans.

I also asked that the front door be kept closed since I have an indoor-only cat who hides, but the door was left open multiple times. This caused a panic when I couldn’t find her as they were leaving, and I ended up late to my Pilates class and charged a $25 fee.

The cleaning itself was okay, but not what I expected for the price. I had to point out large missed areas behind the toilets. The floors were not deep cleaned; the corners and edges clearly still needed attention. I also specifically asked if some marks on the walls could be wiped down, and those weren’t touched at all.

Overall, I really wanted a team I didn’t have to double-check behind—just people who would pay attention to the details. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Friendly, timely, detailed oriented, efficient, well priced, quality control…bonded and insured, great communication! This company is the real deal. Don’t settle for anything less. Pleasure to work with and so glad we found them.

Our move-in clean was exceptional. We are also scheduled for general cleaning every two weeks. Very flexible in appointment scheduling too!

I love coming home to a clean house!

My house is literally sparkling! They got into every nook and cranny - their attention to detail is impressive! They were professional, and easy to work with from booking to completion. I’ve gone thru many cleaning companies over the years, and haven’t been this satisfied. Will definitely be using this company again in the near future!
