I was so worried about hiring a cleaning service because I have an incredibly loud and anxious dog, but the staff was so friendly and wasn't bothered by my dog at all and within a few minutes she was calm and accepting affection and attention from the crew (Tanna C. , Mat F. And Courtney ) I was expecting people who were maybe indifferent to pets and weren't afraid of them, but everyone was a very obvious animal lover and that really put me at ease. The final job looked fantastic, and was done fairly quickly for the amount of work they did. If you need a pet friendly house cleaning service, I highly recommend them. You can tell they enjoy what they do and the company of their coworkers and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

He was alright. He didn't do a few things that he said he did. He didn't wipe down the doors and a few other things. Well he said the windows and stove were considered deep cleaning.There were 3 doors that I would have like done. He did great with the back splash. When I called i did ask for deep cleaning.

Sean at Better Life Maids is the BEST. So is the overall experience with the company.

Connected: He writes a note every-time. Sean also leaves a really cute plastic miniature duck with his note. It’s been fun to pocket it and pass to a student at school to brighten their day.

Thorough: Sean makes sure that all the nooks and crannies are covered. He even found an old grape tomato that had rolled under the cedar chest that had gone unnoticed for way too long.

Work Ethic(A+): My son came home while Sean was cleaning and asked Sean to not clean his room. Sean used the time to fold a pile of laundry I had left behind on my bed (something I didn’t expect, and won’t expect in the future, but that was VERY thoughtful and above/beyond). My sense is that he is highly committed to doing very good work Better Life Maids and for his clients.

Detail Oriented: I had two thin gold earrings, smaller than a dime. I lost one weeks ago. Then the other sometime last week. Last night when I went to sleep, they were BOTH sitting on my nightstand! How in the world he found those two little things when I had already searched is beyond me! I had given up and assumed they’d be sucked into a vacuum or washed away in a load of laundry. But he must have seen them in a dust pile and pulled them out for me!!! Who does that?!?!

Humble: I was lucky to see him in passing yesterday. He didn’t boast about any of his findings. In fact he never even mentioned them. I just knew because I saw. When I expressed that I was sorry for how messy my place was, he made sure that I had nothing to be concerned about (“thats why I’m here”)

Speaks Well of Company: One thing I did ask him and he expressed; Better Life Maids is an incredible company to work for, he has a love for his job and used the words “life changing” and “complete 180” “they care about their employees and the benefits are sooo much better than the last industry I was in”

Nathan always does an amazing job! He’s super friendly, polished, and professional. His smile and warm personality, combined with his professional demeanor, give us confidence every time he walks through our door. Better Life has also been one of the most accommodating and friendliest companies we’ve ever worked with. We’ve had a couple of personal hiccups, and they have always been kind and understanding. After my car accident, when I needed to adjust our schedule and was feeling anxious, they reassured me that they were here to help minimize stress—and that’s exactly what they’ve done. Between their excellent customer service and Nathan’s warm, professional presence, our super clean home, we couldn’t be happier!

Better Life Made did an amazing job cleaning my home! Everything looks spotless, smells fresh, and feels so much lighter. The team was on time, professional, and really paid attention to detail.

We had the deep cleaning, and our house hasn't been this clean since we first moved it. Especially with 2 pets. Chris, Kris and Charity were a great team that worked for 4 hours. Everything sparkles. We have signed up for monthly cleaning now. One important feature for us is that they make their own environmentally safe cleaning products. That was important for both us and our pets. And then they sent me flowers for my birthday. Wow!

We paid $340 for a deep clean and this is what our house looked like after they left- clean but definitely major spots missed. Also they didn't move anything to clean behind it (totally reasonable for heavy furniture, but an empty lightweight hamper on wheels obviously hadn't been moved or vacuumed around). I reported this issues and they offered to send someone out to clean again, which is great and worthy of 4 stars, but honestly we just hired them to try them out, and was bothered that they missed a lot of details on an expensive "deep clean", so we declined. I'm taking off an additional star because the marketing messages are relentless. I've asked them to stop contacting me, gone through official unsubscribe channels, but I still get emails and at one point even letters trying to get us to hire again.

Better Life Home Cleaning is a game changer! As a busy small business owner myself, it was so hard to find the time to keep up with all my housework. Now I get to come home to a sparkling clean home and just relax! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

I was moving out of a rental house and I had Better Life come do the final clean before I turned in my keys. It looked beautiful 😍! As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about having them come regularly to my new house!

Ashley and Amanda did an excellent job! I haven't been able to keep up my house for a couple months like normal because of an injury and hospitalizations and it was driving me crazy. They worked around my remaining clutter and it feels like my house again in here! Very thankful for their hard work!

I have been so incredibly busy at work this year so my family decided to finally take the plunge and try a cleaning service. Amy and Brendan were amazing! My house looks better than it has in ages. They were personable and friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend Better Life Home Cleaning. Our house is cleaned thoroughly, and I really like their business practices (providing annual leave, sick leave, no fault policy for their employees if something is broken in our home, etc.). As an added bonus, our cleaner, Shay, is great with our large goofy dogs. I'm so glad we found this business!

I could not think of a better name for the service provided. I was never comfortable with someone I did not know coming into my home and cleaning. The flexibility to add and remove services, the quality of cleaning, best in class customer service, are a few of the reasons we will be happy customers for life. We have also started thinking more about the types of cleaning products we use in our home. Tre has done an amazing job this week!

My mother n law is selling her home, and living in a different state so coordinating a cleaning may not seem to be the easiest. Better Life Cleaning was a great resource for a deep clean. They continued to keep me updated on days approaching, arrival time and even a mid day How it is going status. The girls did a phenomenal job cleaning the home, being respectful of our Mother's items and after a final walk through we couldn't believe how clean and nice the home looks. We are more than pleased and will definitely use them for all our future cleanings.

I was extremely pleased with the cleaning done by Charity and Amanda. In about 4 hours, they cleaned my house and made it shine. They brought everything with them. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when they were here, but my husband was and he said Charity and Amanda were very pleasant and worked steadily. I would not hesitate hiring them again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Not a Corner, crevice or countertop was missed. Very throughly organized and trained. Listed to what I was looking to have them accomplish and they went above & Way Beyond my Expectations! They brought all their own supplies-most importantly None of them were Fragranced, which causes problems for me. They worked hard, asked a few questions as to what I expected / preferred, and were both pleasant & fun to interact with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Yes, they may cost more than other services but they are Certainly Wirth It. It was a life changing experience for me-Just Call Them Today!

Tanna and Naomi are absolutely incredible! They are very professional, but SO kind and warm-hearted! I cannot say enough about these two personality-wise, and my home has never felt more clean. I would give them 10 stars if I could 🥰
