I hired Cleaning Concepts for a move out clean. However, the team did a "deep clean" instead and missed multiple things that would have been included in a move out clean. As a result, I had to spend multiple hours cleaning cabinets and other structures. They also did not clean the sink at all. When I called the office, the team was hesistant to make things right and repeatedly blamed things on me. Eventually after reviewing records, they admitted the error was on their end. However, they only offered a partial refund making up the difference between the deep clean and the move out clean despite their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". So in the end, I paid over $300 for a move out clean that was not done and had to do multiple parts of the clean myself. I would not recommend this service.

Francis and Fabiola went above and beyond in deep cleaning our home. It’s never felt so clean! I don’t know how they removed some shower stains that I’ve been scrubbing at since we moved into our house 5 years ago, but they did! Immaculate job. 10/10 would recommend.

Noah & Aaliyah were absolutely wonderful! The attention to detail was impeccable: the floors and baseboards looked amazing, faucets gleamed without a single water spot, the kitchen and bathrooms felt hospital-grade clean. I contacted Cleaning Concept to clean the house for a friend suffering a sudden bereavement. They were able to work us in quickly and did a great job cleaning the house. I much appreciated the great job done as well as their willingness to work with our urgent scheduling request. Definitely would use again.

I hired Cleaning Concepts for a one time deep cleaning. It was a gift for my daughter and her husband. The team arrived at the time promised, worked diligently for the 3 1/2 hours they were here, and were friendly and caring. They did an excellent job. They recognized toddlers live in the house and were mindful of handprints on everything toddler height. Baseboards were cleaned, door and window frames dusted, blinds cleaned…. Very thorough. I highly recommend their services. Yes, it was pricier than you might expect, but a good deep clean is a lot of work. I think it was worth it.

I had Cleaning-Concepts (Noah and Aaliyah) in to do a deep clean of a new house pre-move in. There had been a bit of repair dust left and the house had been used as an AirBnB before we moved in, so I wanted the whole place (particularly the kitchen and bathrooms) well cleaned before we dustied it up while moving in. Noah and Aaliyah were prompt, efficient, detail oriented, and personable. They did an excellent job with the clean (and as a bonus, one of them lives in the neighborhood and had some advice for living in the area). While I'm not ready to have regularly-scheduled cleans, I can whole-heartedly recommend Cleaning Concepts for deep-cleans and moving cleans.

I just used Cleaning Concepts for the first time and I am so glad I did! They came to do a deep clean before the holidays to help prep my house for visitors! Every room looks spotless, they were very quick, and they paid attention to the finer details like folding blankets and fluffing pillows! Thank you Mercedes, Hugo, and Boduin! Exceptional cleaning services and they were able to come in at short notice. They were very efficient and respectful of our space. The place was sparkling clean when the team left! We had pet hair all over our black carpet and they were able to take it all off in a jiffy! Would definitely recommend!

After they continuously called and texted me, I finally booked their services. I informed the individual that I needed a move in cleaning which would consist of a deep cleaning of my two bedroom house that I'm renting out

I made the appointment days prior. Moreover, I REQUESTED to clean out my refrigerator And that this home would be a furnished house for a renter. However, upon the tenant entering the home, The entire back porch room was completely untouched and dirty. The refrigerator was nasty and they didn't even clean it out. For the amount of money that I spent, you would imagine that this organization would rectify this. Rather than have anybody come out, I have to wait until the following week.

This is ridiculous. And now it makes me look bad as the one renting the house, because it wasn't cleaned. However, I paid for the service, I instructed what needed to be cleaned, and it wasn't done.

I will keep this bad review up until something happens because this is awful

The team of two sent for a condo deep clean did a fantastic job. They were super efficient in their process, very thorough, careful with breakable items, and also professional and friendly. Every square inch of the place was vacuumed, mopped, dusted. We were very happy with our cleaning service and will be reaching out for more frequent scheduling. Thank you!!

The place had dust, debris, and plastic coverings everywhere, and they transformed it into a spotless, comfortable space again. Their attention to detail was great. They cleaned areas I didn’t even think of and made every room feel fresh and usable.

We booked our move-out cleaning with Cleaning Concepts after they were recommended to us by our realtor. We spoke to them at booking and explained that we were getting ready to list our home for sale and needed it thoroughly cleaned before staging. We added several services that they said would be additional to make sure it was well cleaned. The fee quoted was over $600. The team of two was there for several hours, and while there were things they did do well, there were a lot of very obvious things that were missed or overlooked. We contacted them with photos showing some of the things missed and they initially tried to either blame us or say that perhaps a contractor came in and messed things up (we have a doorbell camera and nobody else entered the premises). After some push back, they agreed to send someone over to fix the issues. The person came and fixed one issue but the others remained unchanged. Since our house was being staged the next day, we ended up having to spend a significant amount of time cleaning things on our own (especially the floors) that had to be completed to be ready for photos and listing. We have included photos, some of which were all taken after someone from Cleaning Concepts had been in our house and decided that they had done a good enough job to leave, while others were of things that we were able to get off the floors after our house had been "cleaned" twice. We would not recommend this company for their cleaning services.

Cleaning Concepts did a phenomenal job cleaning my apartment in preparation for my moving out. The place was sparkling all over.

They asked me to check everything over after they finished and to tell them if there was anything else that I wanted worked on. I asked them to come back just for a few items and they did so that same day and everything was fixed to my satisfaction.

They were very professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

First time I have hired a cleaning vendor to move out clean a house. And I was very satisfied with their work. Walk through met my expectations. The only thing that was missed was the refrigerator, but that was not an issue overall When I got there for the walk thru I asked them to use their Shop Vac, and they were happy to loan it to me for a few minutes.

My first experience with Cleaning Concepts was great. They completed everything as promised and accommodated my requests. They were on time and texted to let me know when they were arriving and when they left they wanted to make sure I was happy with results.

My first visit with Cleaning Concepts was great! I didn’t have to walk them through the house to show them anything or even be here. They came prepared with all their own supplies. Maria and Yamilex were very efficient and the house looked great! I never saw my boys bathroom so clean!
