I can’t recommend Erie's Heating and Cooling LLC enough. I’ve been putting off replacing my AC, and during a 90°+ heatwave, my unit froze up. He came within an hour, added freon, and returned the next day when it started freezing up again—spending almost 2 hours troubleshooting everything in brutal heat. He was honest about what would and wouldn’t work, and ultimately didn’t charge me a dime because he wasn’t able to resolve it. That kind of integrity is rare. He’s professional, responsive, kind, and truly wants to help. If you need honest HVAC service in St. Louis, he’s your guy.

Eric was friendly and was able to evaluate our furnace issue quickly despite having a full schedule. His quite was very reasonable and he replaced our furnace logic board as soon as it came in beating the colder weather that was coming. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you, Eric.

Wouldn’t recommend! Tech didn’t want to work, Poor communication, Didn’t fix properly, rescheduled and needed fixed immediately.

Never had a problem with them. They have been polite and well trained. The price was great for the quality of work that they have done.

Front attendant was rude, arrogant and lacks public courtesy skills. Poor attitude and condescending tones were not appreciated. For that reason I will take my business elsewhere. The first person I interacted with with this company should have been inviting and polite. She was far from that. Way to keep it classy aspen refrigeration. There are plenty of other companies that would be happy to have our business and I hope this review shows future clients of yours insight of your business and to not waste their time with you. We've been doing business with Aspen for two years now. They are always fast with service, and do an excellent job. Not to mention they are family owned and care very much about their customers. Aspen will always give an honest opinion about every situation, and will help any way they can!

I can't say enough about the professionalism, promptness and the will to get the job done. Guy and Brad both worked very hard and were determined to get our beer cooler up and running. It wasn't the easiest job and many technicians would have walked away. These guys are the type of servicemen you will call on regularly, build a relationship with and most importantly trust them to take care of your equipment when you need it most.

At a time when customer service is fading quickly, Aspen knocked it out out of the park. During one of the coldest days of the year the owner didn’t send one of his Techs out, he came out personally to service the rooftop unit for our cooler. He didn’t dump Freon in and leave, he stayed, worked with the warranty company repaired a minor issue and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Outstanding customer service, outstanding communication. I knew everything that was going on every step of the way. The follow up is what really impressed me. I wasn’t treated like a blank check or a one time customer, I feel they are a customer and quality focused company. I don’t believe they were trying to impress me, I believe this is the way they actually do business. This was the first time I’ve used Aspen and with this level of customer service, quality, attention to detail and communication it will not be the last time.

Hat’s off for great service! I appreciate the awesome same day service that was provide. That was just what I needed. My a/c unit kept running while my heat was running which was causing my heat to start blowing cold. Floyd the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the issue and fixed it. My heat was up and running efficiently before he left.
