Unable to get a response from this company for 3 days. Have no idea if they are still in business though the telephone still rings. Do not recommend a business who you can not depend on a call back.

I was very hesitant to have ducts cleaned because of horror stories I heard. I could not be more pleased with Ductz. Very pleased with every aspect of the job. Personnel was efficient and courteous. Highly recommend.

Ductz took such good care of us. I had called many other companies, but Ductz impressed me the most even just over the phone. They did an inspection beforehand and no other company offered me that - and in doing so they caught some big concerns! I’m convinced I wouldn’t have had such excellent service with any other company.

The two young gentlement who cleaned my dryer duct were incredibly kind and professional. They worked quickly, showed me the before/after, and even moved my dryer back and test ran it without me asking. The appointment was also scheduled within 3 days of me calling. I would HIGHLY recommend Ductz of West St. Louis.

Above and beyond with professionalism and honesty. We had a situation in which it was recommended to get our ductwork cleaned. Steve came out to the house took his time to really assess the situation. He was very honest, and explained that he could clean them and they might be okay. However, he recommended replacements. He then gave me 3-4 companies to consider. He spent a lot of time helping me knowing that he was not going to be able to get our business. He also sent me a detailed report of his findings. This is a great company and they do business the right way.

I rarely do any online reviews of any services or products. In this case however, I feel obligated to recognize the outstanding quality of service this company provided.

From the onsite quote/estimate that Steve provided, to the 3 individuals who performed the cleaning (Mark, Matt & Sid), everything was PERFECT. Even the owner of the company, Patty, came out to my house at the start of the job to meet me personally and see the job being performed.

I suffer from having extremely high expectations that are rarely met. In this case, they were truly exceeded. All three of the individuals doing the cleaning were extremely professional and meticulous about the quality of they performed. They arrived exactly on time, their equipment was clean & top notch, they laid down tarps everywhere, covered furniture, wore covers over their shoes at all times (which they took on and off a hundred times - every time they came in and out of the house), and much, much more. They even emailed me before and after pictures of all my ducts that were unbelievable.

I can't say enough good things about this company. If you're at all like me and little to no patience for poor or even mediocre service, you'll love these guys.

The two servicemen arrived on time and made sure everything was covered. Their work was extremely thorough and meticulous and along with explaining how they cleaned it, they even showed me before and after pictures.

Built in 1947, I doubt any of the ductwork in the house had ever been cleaned. The personnel were easy to work with, willing to share how the system worked, found things in the ducts that should probably be in a museum, and left nothing afterwards that I would need to clean up after them. I am glad I decided to have this done, and glad that they came recommended by the company that installed our new A/C and furnace. I consider the price for the service rendered to be a good bargain.

They did a great job cleaning my HVAC ducts. The crew was very neat and did not make a mess. They use high quality air handlers to collect the dust from the ducts and prevent dust from escaping into the air.

Great company!!! Me and my wife just bought a house that was built in the late 50s and wasn’t lived in for the past 6 years. It definitely had a musty smell to it. We had ductz of west St. Louis come out and clean all the ducts and it made a world of difference. They had really good prices and even got me in sooner than expected. They provided us with before and after pictures and it is crazy the amount of debris they cleaned out. They are highly recommended.

We had a new HVAC system installed and were interested in having our ducts sealed for air flow. Before doing this, we wanted our ducts cleaned and the HVAC company we chose suggested DUCTZ to us. They were professional and polite, and provided proof of their work. It just happened that we had this service done a few weeks prior to the new HVAC install (unintentional delay). With the ducts being cleaned and using our old HVAC system for 3 weeks after that, we definitely noticed a difference in air quality. Thanks DUCTZ!

I had Ductz do a full clean out of my HVAC system for our new build home. They were very thorough and removed a ton of drywall dust, sawdust, nails, and screws from my HVAC that the builder left behind. If you are building a new home, this is a must do to get the longest life out of your HVAC system. No matter how hard they try, builders are bad about keeping dust and debris out of the ventilation and it can take numerous years off the life of the system. Ductz did a great job cleaning the system and protecting the walls from scratches, all while working efficiently. All builders should consider using Ductz, rather than leaving customers with dirty HVAC systems.

DUCTZ was very professional and friendly during the whole process. They gave a budget friendly bid, effectively cleaned the duct work, and they were very careful around my house while doing their service. A follow up hand written thank you card, Christmas card, and fridge magnet from the owner were also a nice touch! Highly recommend.
