We hired this company to fix our A/C short cycling problem. After their visit, we paid them, and noticed the following week that it was never fixed. We have contacted them multiple times to come back out to fix the problem we paid them for, but they have stopped responding. We have already hired a different company to come fix the issue.

They inspected my property for my buyer and caused a dangerous gas leak outside my property and 2 leaks inside, left without informing me or the whole house inspector. Ameren repaired the outside leak and I paid $240 to repair the inside leaks. I will not allow this company to inspect any of my properties in the future.

I called for a vent repair job, they agreed to do a quote and take a look. I have instructions for the lockbox to my home. then they never got back to me and they stopped answering me calls. Their voicemail box is full so there is no way to leave a message. I’ve called daily for a week with no response. I was so disappointed because I was recommended to this company and heard good things.

We’ve used this company for everything including putting in entire hvac systems. They do gas fireplaces, permanently installed gas grills, hot water heaters, thermostats. Great work and great employees.

Did mechanical inspection for my house, which was fine.
Called them to do some work, took a day to get back to me. Never showed up to give a quote. Called me back, he apologized, then again did not show up again for the quote. I called and canceled. I was not going to wait an hour past the agreed upon time with no phone call and having to call them half an hour past when they are supposed to be here.

Family run business where people actually answer the phone. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable with your new system. Eric was exceptional!

I scheduled for them to come and try to fix the gas fire place they installed from the previous owner. Scheduling was quick and easy; however, no call, no show on the scheduled date. I reached out and them and left a voicemail, but they never called back. My fiance called again after a couple days, but no space to leave a voicemail.

Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, friendly, and reliable. They had my furnace up and running in no time. Exceptional service, found parts quicker than expected and installed immediately. If you're in need, this is your company.

They did a great job from start to finish, pretty tough install and these guys were fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly and pointed out that the businesses that had given me the two other quotes were quoting me for a smaller unit. That’s definitely one way to come in cheaper but not what we were looking for. Thanks for everything and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

My contractor connected me with Glosemeyer initially to install ductwork & a mini-split for my new addition. Eric & Gene were the first on site & did a fabulous job working in a tight, new crawl space doing all they could to make all components & materials affordable & energy efficient.

Not long after the initial project was complete d, my furnace of many moons malfunctioned. I worked with Glosemeyer again & they helped me find the right replacement unit as well as helped me upgrade the AC. I’ve lived in this 130 year old house & never had a comfortably cool upstairs. Now I do thanks to these guys.

Glosemeyer Mechanical has been amazing! I've worked with them twice in the past couple of months. The team that has come to my house has been incredibly professional and helped me to understand fully what is wrong and what is fine. On my first project, they fixed a gas leak and helped with some HVAC maintenance. They ended up charging me less from their original quote when something ended up being okay. It is so nice to be able to work with people with integrity! My second project is working on a gas fireplace. I've received the same excellent, professional treatment. I wish I could use them for every house project! :)

Came home from the gym this morning to find my AC out on not only one of the hottest days of the year, but on what also happened to be my 40th birthday, so definitely not a great start to it… Called Ed right away and within an hour, they were here. Luckily a quick fix on a solid unit (which they installed 12 yrs prior) that was still in great shape, and 45 mins later, problem solved. Very grateful for the quick TAT!

Eric was responsive, trustworthy, and kind. He came out swiftly on a Sunday morning and instantly fixed our AC! We would work with him again in a heartbeat and are so glad our neighbors gave the referral. Thank you!

Our water heater was leaking, of course three days before Thanksgiving!!! My son in law called for us and they came the next day. Very professional, cleaned up before and after. Finished the job in less then three hours. Thank you so much for coming so quickly. Now I can get all my cooking done with no worries. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Glossmeyer Mechanical and especially Eric. This is a truly outstanding, family-owned business. Eric has come through for me twice this year, and I’m incredibly grateful.

The first time was during a sub-zero winter morning when my furnace stopped working around 4AM. Eric answered my early call at 6AM, came out by 10AM to diagnose the issue, and helped me replace and install a new unit—all by the end of the day. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on an entire system I didn’t need. He also made sure the install was done neatly, cleaning up all the old components and wiring.

Most recently, I had an issue with my AC during a week of fluctuating temperatures. Eric again responded quickly and got me on the schedule right away. It turned out to be a wiring issue connected to the earlier furnace install, and he fixed it without charging me.

Eric’s attention to detail, integrity, and genuine care for his work really stand out. I'm so thankful for his help and would gladly recommend him and Glossmeyer Mechanical to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

Did not show up on the day requested. After 1 1/2 hours past the scheduled time (10am-12noon), I had to call. Ed said he'd have crew on the way. I said I can't wait anymore, and we were rescheduled the next day and was told we would be first call of the day. We agreed on 8:30am. 8:30am comes and goes. I called about 10:30. He told me he would have crew there shortly. about 11:15 the crew shows up looks at project. Worker said they are going need go to another job site to the proper tools to cut through some brick. About 15 miles away. 1:30pm no one has returned. I called Ed and advised him of what was going on. He said he would call them. About 20 minutes goes by, no call back so I called Ed back. He said he just got off the phone with them and they were on the way. Nearing 2pm and not knowing how far the crew was away and the job was going to be 2-3 hours. I told Ed I couldn't stay that late. I said this whole incident is BS and I told him to cancel us. Not one apology from Ed or his crew.

They came out quick and got us backup and running even though they didn't have the correct replacement part. Came back the next day and swapped out parts with the correct one. Highly recommended.

Ed and his team were amazing! Cleaned our old pilot light and helped our gas oven work again! Then, even made time to service our A/C unit and did an incredibly thorough job!
