My mom’s AC went out on the hottest day of summer so far, and One Hour Heating & Cooling came through for us! As a KC customer, I knew that I could count on the same quality of service when One Hour popped up on a Google search. I appreciated the same-day response. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue (it turned out to be an easy fix) and there was zero sales pressure. Just honest service and a much cooler house. Highly recommend!

Prompt response, with phone call at 7:15 am. Robert called to let me know eta, then arrived at the exact time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosing the problem accurately. He had the necessary part on the truck and got it installed quickly. He was finished in under an hour! So very happy with the service. I have used this company for the equipment installation and now for a couple of service calls. Great job!

Excellent overall experience, professional installation and affordable price. I had an urgent situation with two ducts that were preventing me from hanging drywall. I called about 12 HVAC companies, and One Hour was the only one able to accommodate me on short notice. I cannot recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning highly enough!

Dunn heating and cooling are great to work with, honest on time great work done at a great prices. My technician was on time thoroughly went through my unit so I am set for the onset of cold weather!

Wonderful experience with One hour heating and Cooling and Chad Nathan and crew. They did a wonderful job. Wasnt happy w the trane thermostat so they had Nathan come out early the day after the installation and put a better thermostat in. I was dreading the whole experience but they made it look easy. I had an awesome experience with Rob. He was very professional, found the issue very quickly, and was in and out. The prices are very reasonable and they have a maintenance program that really fits the bill for what I need yearly. I will 100 percent be using them while im living in St. Louis. They also were able to get me an appointment very quickly. Start to finish I am very impressed.

Today technician Brandyn White and another technician came out to repair heater both were very courteous knowledgeable and professional and took care of the matter in a timely fashion also was able to enroll me in membership to have air conditioner and heater cked yearly much appreciated of kindness and service

This was an annual winter check, the technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Cleaned and checked my furnace. Replaced my filter, and said that my 24 yo is in good working order. Did not, try to sell me a new system, that alone is worth it's weight in good will, and my business.

We had purchased a Mrcool Heat pump System that is supposed to be DIY friendly. Needless to say, it was NOT. And Mrcool was not interesed in helping us. We had to hire a local HVAC and we had Logan as our technician. He came out on time and worked on fixing the poor factory design and got it running for us.

Mertens Service took great care of us! Our AC upstairs went out on a Friday night. Matt was at our house on Saturday morning taking measurements and had a proposal with four different options to us by Sunday morning. We accepted and they ordered the selected equipment and were there installing it on Thursday. They took care to keep our finished basement clean and left it looking like they were never there. We couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs anything HVAC related!

Great service by a locally owned company!

They fixed the problem and the service was good but it was pretty expensive. Over $300 for a simple fix.

Great group of people. Easy to talk to and deal either great value. All you need.
