Scott-Lee installed a new heating and air conditioning system in my home. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of installing the system. I recommend Them because of the great quality that they bring to the installation. Additionally, notifications, reminders, and installation, when promised was perfect!

Scott Lee Heating & Air Conditioning installed both my heating and air units a couple of years ago. The downstairs system has worked well, but the upstairs unit has had ongoing moisture issues. This past summer I signed up for a service contract and had both units serviced for air-conditioning. During that visit, the technician said they couldn’t address the upstairs moisture problem that day but would pass notes to a manager for follow-up.

I never received that follow-up, even after calling the service department a week later and being told someone would get back to me. I was told it could be handled at the fall heating check-up, but when the technician came this week, they had no knowledge of the earlier situation and said they could only service the heaters.

The technician this time was polite and helpful in explaining that my downstairs heater needed a part (covered by warranty, but labor would be extra). They followed up quickly with pricing and scheduling info, which I appreciated.

Overall, I’ve had mixed results — the installation and some of the service have been solid, but communication and follow-through on existing issues have been disappointing. I’m currently reconsidering whether to continue future service with this company.

I feel back that I haven't written a review for these guys yet. When getting a Geothermal system, Scott Lee heating was clear in all communication, flexible on the payment, and gave me an accurate estimate and quickly.

After the installation Scott Lee has been very responsive and great a providing continued great customer service. I absolutely would recommend working with them.

I had an interesting project. The previous owner of our house had a 2nd floor furnace/ac installed, and they ran all of the lines up through a wall on the main floor. When we bought the house, we wanted to eliminate that wall and reroute the lines to the exterior. They came out and gave me a bid, and then were able to schedule the work within a week. When they showed up, rather than penetrating my siding and running down the exterior wall, they suggested we keep it all inside to eliminate penetrations. He said it was more work, so I greatly appreciate him knocking it out and creating a better solution for me. The house looks much better and is more usable with the walls opened up!

Scott-Lee was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everybody from the estimator to the schedulers to the installers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Exactly the kind of service I expect in residential after working with commercial HVAC companies for nearly 20 years. I am so glad they were recommended to me and I will gladly do the same.

I have had three geothermal HVAC replacements over the years. This by far was the absolute best. Of the four estimates I got, Sean came in within my budget and didn't try to upsell me on anything like an additional heating unit. I didn't have to negotiate service contracts, because Scott Lee gives that standard. They even included a new service contract for my existing upstairs geothermal unit. Not every company knows how to do geothermal correctly. But this one absolutely does. Jimmy and his installation crew were wonderful and did it right.

Have used Scott-Lee for over 15 years. Very competent service provider that has really good quality, friendly, and helpful folks on board. Highly recommend for new installs as well as all maintenance programs and work.

Rick walked me through options that were in my budget without trying to sell me on anything else. He stood behind the product. Installation team was incredible; in and out the same day and were happy to walk me through the new system and left the area clean.

We've used Scott-Lee for over 20 years - from new builds to an existing home. They've always been timely, courteous, and have never tried to sell anything we didn't need. Their office staff is kind and professional as well. We will not use anyone else.

Had a new HVAC system installed. Installers (Tony and Johnny B) were very professional. They kept us informed of their progress and when finished, showed us how to operate the new system. Basement area where new system was installed was left very neat and clean as was the outside around the new ac unit.
Sales consultant Kevin was also a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the options and features of the different systems. He always followed up and answered all of our questions.
I would highly recommend Scott Lee.

Scott Lee Heating came through when my heating system stopped working. The system was just blowing cold air. The technician that came out (Jesse) was great. It did not take him long to figure out the issue (a bad gas valve). He got me fixed up, explained the issue, and the resolution. I’m now signed up for the annual performance service plan. First of all they were so nice… Kevin did not try to oversell us with a total new system. He told us what we could do to get the upstairs to cool better. Their bid was the least and I heard good things about them like their longevity in Dt Louis. The bid was also the best and it was for a new Lennox AC. The installer Matt was so wonderful very efficient and locked up the back door like I asked. They were very prompt and did such a great job! I even got to use my Visa card to pay and no extra service fee. I also bought the maintenance plan because it was explained so well and had a lot of perks. Honestly, it was a totally excellent experience and purchase!

These guys are great. The woman on the phone went out of her way to help me get an earlier appointment when my heat had gone out. A technician called me immediately and sat on the phone with me for 20 minutes trying to walk me through how to fix my furnace so that I wouldnt have to spend any money but I was unable to fix it. The technicians that came to my home were very nice and even rewired my furnace to get my heat working immediately so that i was able to heat my house in the meantime while we waited a few days for the new parts to arrive, which they informed me were still under warranty. They saved me hundreds of dollars. All around great customer service. Thank you!

Love Scott Lee! Mr. Seager our technician was friendly, efficient, and cleanly. He outlined in layman's terms what needed to be fixed, didn't sell or try to upcharge. This was during the most recent cold snap as well they were out within 24 hrs of service call.

Scott-Lee is and has always been a top quality heating/cooling company. I recommend them to everybody who has a heating/cooling need. Technicians are always courteous, neat & clean. They explain what is going on and their solution for it in words you can understand. Great company & great employees!
