Shout out to Arnold Air! Thank you for providing an outstanding job. Ariana came to my home on a Wednesday, assessed my needs to completely replace a 45 y/o system, scheduled my installation 7 days later. The crew showed up at 8:30 and were cleaned up and out by 4. The crew used great care using drop cloths, nothing was left behind. The floor in the equipment room was cleaner than before they started. Hopefully this will be another 45 run.

Scott-Lee did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Needed a new HVAC system and they got it installed in one day, including sheet metal work and cleaned everything up, as in spotless. You can’t go wrong with Scott-Lee!

Kevin was great to work with initially. He sat down with me and went over EVERYTHING. He gave informative suggestions of what I needed and I felt comfortable with what I purchased. He did not try and oversell. It was a positive experience. The Installation team arrived a when I was told they would be there. Got the job done in a day as I was informed. They were happy to answer any questions I had. Very professional and a quality team. Cleaned up the work area too.installation was done 3 days after my initial meeting.

The technician Adam was on time, courteous and professional. He performed gas furnace maintenance steps and some tests that no other technician performed to ensure efficiency and safety. I requested Adam for my other property.

We have two big air conditioning furnace systems I pay for the whole year, which is pricey, but worth the worry because when they have conked out, we are quickly repaired always like the technicians. They do a good job and they keep our systems running.

The repairman wore shoe covers, found a part only working 50% & replaced it, and throughly clean my furnace. It’s been operating much quieter. I understand my A/C will be serviced in spring with this price. Very pleased.

They were very professional and knowledgeable about the job. The whole experience was pleasant. I was very comfortable and pleased. They asked if I had questions and if they could help me with anything else or if I had questions later to just call. It was a good experience overall.

We had a great experience with the tech that came out. But we have been using them for years and he just found some problems that apparently have been going on for a while. I am a little frustrated that we have used them for so long, but just now are discovering something that has been an issue the whole time.

Again, the tech we recently had was great. Super nice and informative. Taught me what I needed to know. I'm more frustrated with past experiences now.

Our furnace is inspected and serviced twice a year through a maintenance agreement. Service agents are professional, prompt and tidy. I am happy we have this agreement with Scott Lee.
