One Hour did a great job.. quick great service and very affordable. The tech even went of his way to help my fix another issue I had just by showing me how to do it. Awesome work!

I recommended and used One Hour Heating and Cooling to install an AC system at my mother in law's house . The team led by Nathan arrived on time, good price, install looks and works great and my mother-in-law was very happy when they were done. I highly recommend.

Called for A/C not putting out cold air and was given a next day appointment. Robert came out and assessed my problem. He had to add freon to my a/c and now have cold air once again. We had an AC unit installed middle of August 2024. It stopped working due to a bad weld when installed. Robert Fitzgerald came and found the leak pretty quickly and had it all patched up quickly. It was too cold to finish the repair job due to a pressure issue he said, but will come out to finish the repair when it's warmer again. So far a good experience with this issue on a new install from Dunn 1 hour and Robert. I expect a hassle free finish to the repair job come spring because they seem to stand behind their work. I'll update after the repair is finished.

We were very satisfied with the service. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get to our home quickly to repair our A/C unit. We highly recommend them!

One Hour Heating & Air exceeded my expectations. We recently had one of our AC units go out and needed to be replaced. Brett was thorough in showing me my options and was able to fit me in the following week to get us up and running. We ended up not only replacing one the AC unit, but replaced both systems including furnaces in our house. since they were both over 20 years old. I went with Trane/RunTru units and is something I'd highly recommend people researching before going with any other brand. We could've save a little and went with a lesser cost brand, but you may end up gambling on future service/reliability issues.

I could not be happier with my choice and highly recommend them to anyone needing any services to their HVAC done.

My experience with Dun One Hour Heating & Cooling was great! The technician contacted me earlier to inform me that he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. I explained to him what was going on with my air conditioner unit on the phone. He arrived at my home on time and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. He explained the problem to me in a way that helped me understand it more clearly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very satisfied with his work. I will recommend One Hour Heating & Cooling to my family and friends!

Our a/c went out when it was 95° outside. They were able to send someone out to help the same evening I called and Nathan had our house nice and cool by bedtime. I definitely recommend this company

Dunn One Hour is so great. They came out same day and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. They are very knowledgeable and super polite. I highly recommend them!

Logan came out to check our air conditioner late in the evening on Wednesday and we had a brand new unit in by Friday afternoon! The service was great and both Logan and Nathan were pleasant and efficient!

Logan did a great job, was very thorough and got us up and running again!

Rob was an amazing technician. He fixed my issue. He answered all my questions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and should be recognized for his great service. If I ever need a tech again, I hope I get Rob.

Logan was super helpful and efficient! He immediately saw that our AC outdoor unit was dirty and cleaned it in 100 degrees weather!!...he also replaced our downstairs AC filter and let us know we needed to change filters every 3 mos.
