Showed up early and got the job done in 5.5 hours. They installed a mini split 1 1/2 ton HVAC set up for our expansion sun room and so far works awesome! Thanks Scott Lee!

New update! They came out on a Friday night to fix my gas heat that went out and showed up quick. He got it running and no issues since.

Showed up on time to repent systems for the summer and did great!

Update 8/25/2025: New 3 ton HVAC with gas heat installed on the main level and wow what a set up! Showed up before 7am and waited till then to start. Was done by 3 pm. Cleaned up the job site and looks incredible. Thanks Scott Lee!

12/4/2025 Update: New HVAC install they didn’t wire up my April Aire humidifier so it wasn’t working at all. Was 28% humidity in the house but they came and fixed it.

Scott-Lee has been my go to company for maintenance and repairs of my HVAC system for years (and 2 houses!). Technicians are courteous and professional. I've always felt like their services were transparent and honest. And with their service contract, they have been very prompt with system issues/repairs. I always get a real local person when I call. They aren't the cheapest but you get what your pay for.

Scott Lee comes to service our system twice a year. This year we had a new thermostat installed prior to their arrival and it wasn't functioning on the heat setting. I explained this to the field representative and he immediately observed my air was on with the heat as the settings on my thermostat were not correct and he immediately resolved the issue. I have always had great customer service from this company and would highly recommend.

After our home experienced significant storm damage in March 2025, we were overwhelmed by everything going on around us. Despite the chaos in our area, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience or outcome than what we received from Scott-Lee Heating & Cooling.

From the moment I called, their responsiveness was incredible — it took less than 48 hours for someone to be at our doorstep. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Rick B., who I like to call our “comfort advisor.” Rick was amazing from start to finish. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our HVAC system, but also incredibly understanding of our situation and genuinely reassuring when we needed it most.

What truly made our initial experience perfect was Rick’s approach — he presented us with several replacement options clearly and thoroughly, without ever making us feel pressured. It never felt like a sales pitch; instead, it felt like we were talking with a trusted friend who genuinely cared about what was best for us.

Our original installation appointment was delayed by a couple of days because the unit was backordered, but Scott-Lee Heating & Cooling was quick to notify us and stayed in consistent contact, providing regular updates. They rescheduled us for a Thursday and even called a few days before to confirm that it still worked for our schedule.

On installation day, our team — Tony B. and Johnny B. — arrived bright and early at 7:00 AM as promised. These guys were serious professionals and truly the BEST we could have asked for. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, considerate, and courteous. They got straight to work, and during the removal of our old inside unit, they noticed signs of past water damage in the basement. They took the time to show me the water lines on the drywall and explained that some mold had started growing behind the old unit.

While I was beyond embarrassed and frustrated to find this out, Johnny B. immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me that he would take care of it before installing the new system. I’m so grateful that they not only found the issue but went out of their way to address it and prioritize our family’s safety.

At one point, while they were taking a break for lunch, I asked if they could lock the gate so our dogs could run around. A few minutes later, I heard barking and found our beagle trying to sweet-talk Johnny and Tony into sharing their lunch! I was mortified, but they were so kind about it — even sharing stories about their own pets and laughing it off with us.

Tony and Johnny finished the install early, walked us through the new system, explained the thermostat and mobile app in detail, and answered every question patiently.

Now for the best part: growing up, my mom always said you can tell how much someone cares about their work by how they leave your home. That has stuck with me for over 40 years, and I can honestly say Tony and Johnny went above and beyond. They probably left my house cleaner than it was before they arrived! They swept the basement floor multiple times, made sure everything they moved was put back in place, and even used our rake to clean around the new unit outside — just in case they dropped anything.

I was completely blown away by their attention to detail, professionalism, and care. Name another contractor who goes that far above and beyond — you won’t find many.

In closing, I HIGHLY recommend Scott-Lee Heating & Cooling. I don’t know how their pricing compares to others, but based on the level of service, care, and professionalism we received, even if it cost a few dollars more, it would be worth every single penny. We aren’t just satisfied customers — we are thrilled with our decision and incredibly happy clients!

Scott Lee Heating And Cooling has been absolutely fantastic to work with! They installed my entire system in my new construction build just about 10 years ago, and every single time I have called them for anything since then, they have been all over it. That includes maintenance, and minor things that have been mostly user error errors. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering utilizing their services. They've been fantastic.

I have been happy with the service and repairs from Scott Lee technicians every time. The guys have all been friendly and honest. It takes a little bit of stress of me knowing I am using a trustworthy and reputable company. They walk me through things and show me the issues. We started using Scott Lee because the people we bought our house from used them to service our units and I’m glad we made the decision to stay with them!

I couldn't be more grateful for Scott-Lee and our technician, Mike, who quickly resolved our AC issue today. What turned out to be a simple fix--cleaning the unit--had been completely overlooked by another company. Mike was courteous, professional, and got right to work. I really appreciated his thoroughness in diagnosing and resolving the problem, and I felt confident knowing he wasn't trying to push a maintenance package on me. Scott Lee HVAC Service was great! My heater went out when it was about 25° outside, and they got someone out quickly. Anthony showed up fast, was professional, and fixed the issue quickly with no problems. The price was fair and the service was excellent.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Scott-Lee, who installed a new gas furnace and first-floor electric AC. The crew — including Larry, Matt and Austin — arrived as scheduled (7am) and finished as projected (2pm) and was very good to work with, finishing with a quick look at the work finished. That capped a process led by Rick, who analyzed our needs (and wishes) and helped us right-size our HVAC system and future-proof it too. We've still got an upstairs AC unit that we'll keep for now, but if we eventually replace it, it will definitely be Scott-Lee doing the work.

Robert is a full-blown gentleman and scholar, especially when it comes to ACs. He was quick, efficient, and tender when he spoke to explain the world of HVAC. I honestly would not accept anyone but him and Dunn OneHour to even look at my unit. 12/10 would recommend.

I purchased a Trane AC/furnace from Dunn 3 years ago. Installers did an excellent job. Farrell was here today for annual maintenance. His analytical skills are unmatched. Very happy he is keeping everything in great shape. Heating/cooling bills are kept down while the house is more comfortable w new system.

Our furnace waited until the coldest day of the year to quit and One Hour responded beautifully. Erik came out promptly and was very clear and direct in manner. He gave us a bid and bent over backwards to answer all of our many questions. The install team showed up, first thing this morning, and got busy. They finest up only minutes ago and the house is well on its way to being comfortable again. Fantastic work!

I had a different company out twice before, he wired my system up wrong almost caused a fire hazard that threw a breaker then tells me he dont feel comfortable working on my unit after her already cut and spliced wires. So I called Dunn Htg&Cooling they sent out Ferrell. He came out had me up & going in about 1-2 hours. Highly recommend.

Technician provided great service at an affordable rate. I called the company when my furnace broke down and their tech came to my house within a few hours. He was friendly and patient with a first time home owner answering questions and making recommendations.
