On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, my 84 year old Mother called to say her furnace was not working. Within 2 hours of my initial call, a service technician was in her home and able to fix the problem. Jerry did a great job! Thanks Al-Don!!!!

Hector came to check my furnace. When outside he could smell a bit of gas. He said he couldn’t locate the leak. He advised me to call Spire. I did and responded that night. The next day Spire crew located the underground leak and repaired the pipe. Thanks to Hector for his thoroughness and looking out for our safety.

We called Al-Don on the recommendation of a family member and we were not disappointed! They were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. One of the parts we needed was ordered and they were able to locate a temporary part so that we stayed warm during brutally cold days. Lisa, Ryan and Hector were all efficient, helpful, kind, and considerate. Would highly recommend this company for any future heating or cooling needs!

We have used Al Don for 37 years. They have always been responsive and professional. Today, I thought our furnace was making a loud vibrating noise. I called, and Lisa came out in a few hours. She checked the furnace and it was fine; she did find a duct that was sagging and fixed it (it wasn't the noise). She stayed and helped me track down the noise-- it was the toilet! Over the years, we have had them install new A/C and furnace systems as well as maintain them. When our AC went out a few years ago, they put in a "loaner" system until the new one could be put in. We have recommended them to friends who have all had the same experience.These people go above and beyond to take care of us!!!

8/18/25 As I said above, we have used Al Don since we moved to this house in 1985. Now our kids who recently bought a house, also use Al Don. We have had Al Don come twice a year to check out the systems and do maintenance. Boyan helped us this time. In a routine check up of the A/C, he found the blower beginning to have problems; also found that we had lost some refrigerant. Checked and found a small valve where the refrigerant was leaking and replaced the motor. As usual, explained everything clearly, did the work promptly and now everything works great. Our dog also approves since Boyan brought treats for him. :-)

Al-Don literally saved my family’s lives!! When receiving our yearly furnace maintenance, the technician noticed heat coming out of a wrong spot. I had mentioned we had received a new roof over the summer. They climbed up on our roof and realized the heat wasn’t getting out at all and carbon monoxide was filling our basement when our furnace had been on! They fixed the problem left from the roofers and we are all safe!

Boykin he was very thorough and explained a lot of things to me about my furnace. That’s where I was supposed to be turning jtwo dampers on off He was great. You got a good person there, and he answered any of my questions.

ALDON has been servicing my HVAC for over 12 years. When I moved into my condo a neighbor recommended them and it was been 100% great! They come out twice a year for maintenace , and always tell me if things are wearing out or will need replacement soon so no surprises. They have never pushed me to do something that is needed yet. Their prices are very fair and the annual service contract is wonderful as far as saving cost on maintenance. The techs and the office staff I talk to are all great ! Calls to the office are usually answered in person or very quickly after leaving a message. All of the Tech's have all been very knowledgeable. Boylan my tech for the last 2 visits is really good at explaining everything ! Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend AL DON for HVAC services. Tech came out first thing this morning had all parts on hand and the A/c was repaired promptly. She did a thorough inspection of the entire system, cleaned the unit and we are back in business. Everything was explained to me She was very knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn’t be happier for her expertise.

Jerry and Boyan came to fix a smaller unit in the four seasons room. Very professional and explained everything they were doing and what might be the issue. Simple fix and they did what they could to check the unit for any further issues.
Great experience with them, highly recommend!

Boyan did an excellent job, consistent with the outstanding service I have received from Al-Don over decades. He was polite and professional with a friendly manner. He was very good at explaining what he was doing, what he found and what steps I should take with seasonal change. He even leveled our AC unit on the pad! I was extremely pleased with his thorough and efficient maintenance call today!
