Al-Don/Hector performed my seasonal AC check, as he’s done for the last several years. I cannot be happier with the service and his professional approach. He’s one in a million! Jeff, Lisa, Hector, Ed, the entire crew, have always been a reliable service provider. I have known Jeff (the owner) since Al-Don performed the service on my parents’ furnace and AC starting in the 80’s. Great company! Great service!

Boy a N did a great job servicing my HVAC unit. He listened to and answered all of my questions. He taught me about the dampers I did not even realize we're on the system.

Whole team guided us very well. We were addressed in couple of hours and technician was sent issue fixed. Hector was so knowledgeable and guided as well. Their services was Exceptional few of our friends already been using since 20+ years, With no complaints. Kudos AllDon.

We have been customers of AL-DON for 15 years and have always received excellent service. We have also had excellent technicians that have explained why and what sevices were needed and what was completed at that particular time. Boyan is the latest technician to do so after completing the semi-annual maintenance on our heating and cooling system.

A service technician visited our home to service our humidifier. He identified an issue with a part under warranty and fixed it, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the general interaction. Multiple times the technician asked to speak with my husband while I made it clear to him that I was the one he would be working with. I made the call, set up the appointment and manage the service of our home and value a provider who realizes the woman is equally as capable in home maintenance. I was also disappointed that the tone of the appointment changed as soon as we indicated we would not be renewing the MVP plan. While we were hoping to continue using Al-Don for HVAC system maintenance at our home we are not confident these issues will not compromise the service provided.

They were able to schedule us in quickly, answer all our questions, and provide expert installation service! When our old AC failed, they helped us get a new AC that was expertly matched for our system and home (which the old one was not). All of the technicians provided a great experience and professional service.

Used them twice. Nothing but great and prompt service. Simple explanations and no hidden fees or pop up stuff.

1st time needed a capacitor and they charged me at cost for the capacitor itself no mark up it appears (at least compared to Amazon cost).

2nd time priced out a complete new system. They were the most affordable of the 6 quotes I got.

I highly recommend them and my neighbor been their customer for 20 years he just doesn't do reviews.

I've been using Galmiche for a few years now, but they came and fixed my air-conditioner today. I thought for sure that it needed a new fan motor but it was just a wire. A less honest company would have charged hundreds of dollars for and unneeded part but these guys are honest and know what they are doing. They also provided same day service. Couldn't recommend more. Thank you for the good work.

I am a retired property manager, so when I have any significant work done on my home I always perform my due diligence. I read reviews like the one I'm writing now, and I get multiple bids. About 3 years ago I hired Galmiche & Sons to install a new heater and air conditioner. I was very happy with their work, as well as the communication between their staff and myself. I've had no problems whatsoever with the HVAC system, so naturally when we decided to add a humidifier I went back to them to do the work. I was very impressed with "Jeremy," the installer. He was well organized, and didn't mind me watching and asking questions as he did the installation. When he finished he took time to review with me how to operate the humidifier, as well as the procedure for changing the filter annually. I took notes so in a year I would have them to refer to when it came time to do the filter replacement. He also told me what kind of filter I would need and where I could purchase it. When he finished he did a great job of cleaning up, and asked me if I had any additional questions. I wish all the contractors I hire were as competent, thorough, and conscientious as Jeremy. I will continue to use Galmiche and Sons for all of my future HVAC needs.

Had my AC and Furnace replaced by Galmiche. It was a very positive experience. Their price was good. I did not have to wait long for the installation date. The installers arrived on time and had what they needed to do the job efficiently. I never even heard a cuss word. That was nice.

Jeff Galmiche went out of his way to make sure we got great service, a quick quote, and a quick turnaround on the install. We got several other quotes on replacing our furnace that seemed way overpriced and quoted things that were not necessary. I believe we got an honest quote and couldn't have been happier with the service. Our service guy was also super professional, friendly, got the install done in a timely matter, cleaned everything up, and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. We will definitely be return customers and recommend Galmiche & Sons to others!

I received great service from Austin. He was able to negotiate on price since I had a cheaper quote from a competitor. He was able to get the service scheduled quickly. Nate and Ryan came out. They worked their butts off to replace the entire system. They were respectful to me, my property and my dog. They showed up on time and their communication was great. I really appreciate the hard work and the fast service. I did call today to pay for everything. I found Lauren to be rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Thank you, Austin, Nate and Ryan.

Called to request someone come out and perform maintenance on one system and fix a unit that had a bad compressor. I was given an appointment 3 weeks from the call. When the tech came out he confirmed one unit was working and managed to start an electrical fire on the second unit. I was then charged $175 for the destroyed electrical components, and the privilege of being told that, yes, the compressor is bad. The maintenance on the other unit involved checking coolant levels. No cleaning was performed. No filters were changed or provided. I was charged $125 for the coolant check.

I was told to expect a call by the end of the day for an estimate for repair and scheduling. I still have not received either an estimate or a call about scheduling over 48 hours later. I have called twice and been told they are too busy to make phone calls.

Truly GREAT service from Mike and Galmiche! Extra quick to a freezing house with no heat, and Mike is such a pro!!!

Technician was very polite and explained his findings. Required repairs were made in a timely manner and he cleaned up the area afterwards

Have used Galmiche for years. My parents have used them since before that. Always prompt, courteous, professional, and honest. We have had Justin the last several times.
