RiteAir is seriously incredible! We are selling our house and had items requested of us during inspections regarding separating and installing gas valves. That can seem like scary jibberish to a young family trying to balance a sale and a move. But, Jade Paden, Owner of RiteAir, personally responded to us immediately after we contacted him with questions (late on a Friday) and was out here yesterday morning (Monday) promptly. Fast. Effective. Affordable. Soo thankful and relieved! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RiteAir! They genuinely get in harms way so that your family is safe and warm. Their attitude and whole, quick response really humbled me. Wow. I'm just really not used to this kind of care and service. I'm speechless and thankful.

This is the second time I called Rite Air Heating and Air Conditioning to assist me. Back in June on Father's Day my air conditioning went out! Despite the fact it was Sunday and a holiday Jade was out within the hour to take a look at my ten year old air conditioning unit! It turns out that it had lost a capacitor and lost freon completely. It was also very dirty inside the unit. However that wasn't the only problem as the reason behind it stemmed from a gasket that had blown on my 26 year old furnace along with it being rusted and worn out. He was extremely professional and pleasant to work with as he explained everything he did in terms a lay person like me could understand. Upon learning about the condition of my furnace I asked him for a quote on a new one. He told me what kind it would be and when the best time to get it done would be in order to avoid higher prices. As soon as I had financing in place I called him and today was the day for the new unit. Again he and his son were extremely professional and pleasant to work with! They took the time to make sure the job was done right! I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing anything in heating and air conditioning taken care of! I appreciate all he has done and also purchased a maintenance agreement for him to seasonally check both my a/c and heating units! I give him my heartiest thank you for everything!

Jade recently replaced our AC and furnace and I cannot recommend RiteAir enough. He was able to break down the issues our unit was having in layman's terms for me, gave us multiple options to rectify it and when we decided to opt for a full replacement he got us on his books quickly and installed it impeccably.

When the job was completed, my family and I notice that the temperature in the house was super cool; and we had to lower the thermostat from our usual temp. We had Jade from Rite Air out to our house twice to fix our air conditioning, the first time he rushed over on a Saturday to resolve it, and a year later unfortunately our air conditioning/furnace unit completely died. Jade was very patient and helpful to us during such a stressful time, and gave us a great price on an all new system, got the equipment needed in just a couple days and had it installed in just 1 day. We recently had an HVAC unit installed by Maple Heating & Air Conditioning, replacing an old Trane unit that had lasted 33 years. Great job from everyone throughout the entire process from the quote through the install - and they worked very quickly to handle a couple minor questions that came up during the inspection. I can’t say anything about the quality of Maple Heat & Air Conditioning’s service technicians because I was stood up for my appointment twice. I wouldn’t suggest calling this business unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

I scheduled my first appointment days in advance, not in a rush, the call center gave me the appointment options and I picked one. No one ever showed up. So, I called back to let them know and reschedule. Again, they gave me options and I picked one. And, again, no one ever showed up. Not even a phone call. I wouldn’t waste your time on this business.
