Technician was so professional and thorough about my service call. He walked me through all the steps he was taking during his visit. He explain my next steps of how to access the photos of my roof, receipt, and the details regarding my plan through the online website. He was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been gouged before by some of the bigger names, so when my A/C started acting up again, I decided to try a local family-owned small business. I called on a Friday morning and someone was able to come out within an hour or so. The service was thorough and professional. I just needed some more refrigerant and he made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and how much he was putting in. i strongly endorse them!!

Really good service, really thorough. The customer support staff is highly communicative and friendly. Our heating issue turned out to be a bit complex, so Tony spent a lot of time testing and diagnosed the problem. Tony is super knowledgeable and very customer-service oriented. They had the part we needed in stock and completed the job the next day.

I used to use this business in the past. Such a same to see a once good family busisess fall through the cracks due to poor management. I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere due to horrible customer service.

Trevor, Ed, and the team at Coolaire were fantastic to work with. They installed a new HVAC system and water heater and they were prompt, kind, followed up, and did a great job. They were also extremely competitive with their prices. I will be recommending them widely!

I had an Amazing Experience with John from Coolaire. Had a HVAC system go out in a condo, and John responded right away. After he gave me my quote, I shopped around and most other contractors sad they could not beat Coolair's quote. Called John back and he had it ordered and installed very quickly. He communicated with me every step of the way. You just don't find service like that anymore.

Had a great experience with this company. Great to talk to on the phone, Chris showed up when they said he would, and he fixed the problem - very nicely giving me more information to prevent the problem happening again. I did it through my home warranty company, so I can't speak to the price.

They lie to their customers about what’s needed to ramp up cost. Others have experienced the same issue with this company. Don’t use.

This company did not fix my ac at all. They were assigned by our home warranty and now my wedding and engagement ring are gone.
