The office staff even called me 40 minutes after closing time to let me know they had the parts and could install them the next morning. Great experience!

My furnace went completely out in February 2021, I explained my 79 year old mother was in the house and I was out of town and I needed them to come and give me an estimate on replacing my units. They came out within a couple of hours and installed my units the next day, my mother said they treated her well. The St. Louis county inspector came out today and said Xcell did a great job. I used Williams Heating & Cooling many years ago and I am happy to see they still have GREAT service and a great price.

Hands down the lowest price in the area. They quoted us thousands of dollars lower than any other company. Not only was their price the best, their work was top notch.
Casey was amazing and was very responsive. He walked us through everything that needed to be done and never tried to up sale us on something we didn’t need. Jason installed our system and did an amazing job. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had, was on time, finished quicker than expected, and made sure to leave our place clean.
If you need anything done with heating/cooling, you will be overpaying if you go with anyone else. These guys do amazing work!

A very nice Hvac Tech from Xcell Williams Heating & Cooling named Chris fixed my furnace yesterday(my kids thought he looked like a viking). He came out in negative Temps. On a Sunday. On a holiday weekend. We originally called Hoff, the company who installed our furnace but they have yet to return our call. I'm so glad they didn't. Chris explained that our furnace was never completely installed properly or fully, and has been working at 2/3 capacity for over 4 years. The stress of that caused one of the components to fail so that's why it was blowing cold air into our home. Our house had been below 65 degrees since Friday and yesterday got down to 55 while the heat was running. So Chris fixed the wiring issue and put our furnace working at full capacity. He is also coming back to fix the faulty component. I would recommend this company HIGHLY TO ANYONE but especially anyone who has had Hoff do your furnace install. Our house is so much warmer now! Including rooms that previously stayed cold because we didn't know that they weren't really being heated. Please USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND THEM!!

They installed a new AC for us. We are now scheduling a heater replacement as well. The service was very good and prompt. They were able to come out the same day we called to get our estimate and did the work within 2 days. Office staff and technicians were very friendly and helpful.

They went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. I definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again for my heating and cooling needs.

You all literally saved Christmas when my furnace failed a few days prior. Questions and concerns were quickly addressed. Your office sent out a technician ASAP to assess the issue, and sadly when it was diagnosed as unfixable, due to age and condition, your wonderful technician Chris replaced the system in a very timely manner and answered multiple questions throughout the process. Xcell Williams heating and cooling is the best. I needed my ac repaired and left a message late Tuesday night. My call was returned before 7am on Wednesday and a Technician (Wyatt) was at my home before 11am to fix the problem. Repairs were explained; reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. Now that’s what I call service! Not only were they responsive, but they were professional and courteous.

I used this company a few years ago for my ac installation and they were just as nice and professional then as well. I will definitely use them again and refer them to all of my friends and family! During this day and time, we could all use a company like them.

Quickest service I've had--EVER. The problem was quickly diagnosed. The serviceman was on time, knowledgeable & managed to get it fixed the first time.
