**This review is not for a particular store or dealer, but the actual Goodman product. ** I bought a brand new furnace in 2020. I've had nothing but problems. Even though it's under warranty for the several parts I've needed, I've still had to pay labor for the 3-4 times for labor when a tech had to come out (over 2k to date). Tried emailing Goodman directly, zero replies. Would not buy this brand again!!! Junk!

The Technician came and Dianosed the problem. I needed a New fan but the Technician made the old fan work and saved me quite a bit of money.
The cost was minimal.
Gabriel and my Technician was kind, courteous and professional. Gabriel explained to me what needed to be done and the repair did not take all day.

I had a problem that began quickly and called several places before Rios. They were recommended on my neighborhood Facebook page. I gave them a call and everyone was patient and kind. They knew it was a very hot day and they got here asap. Between the time that I noticed and the time of the repairs, just a few hours. I did call to check in on timeframe but then all of a sudden, they were at my door!
So thankful and so impressed with service!

We have used Rios HVAC on several projects and I have referred them to several of our clients for their personal houses. They are fast, efficient, and provide great service. Rios Heating and Cooling recently replaced my Air conditioning unit. They communicated very well throughout the process and took great care in working in and around our home. I have used Rios Heating and Cooling for my home and rental properties for over 10 years. Recently they installed a new furnace at my home. The technicians were professional and on time. They removed my old unit and installed a new one within hours. I have always found their pricing to be very reasonable. I highly recommend Rios and their team.

Love the new location. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Before buying from somewhere else, check here first. Their prices are comparable if not lower.

On Friday I called and they said they'd be there from 2:30pm to 4:00 pm. At 4:45 I get a call that they won't be able to be there until next week on Tuesday. So, I had to wait all weekend in the cold and it was too late to call a different company. When I tried to call at 4:55pm on Friday to cancel there was no response.

I was told a time on a Friday we would get a visit from 2:30-4:00. At 4:25 I got a call they would not be in until next Tuesday for heat. At that point it was too late to call anyone else unless I pay an after hours fee. So we got screwd over for the whole weekend. When I called back to cancel the Tuesday appointment, of course they didn't answer.

They came so highly recommended by my neighbor and now I totally understand why. They delivered on every single promise, and then some.

Had them come out to take a look at a small issue I had with my heater. I started with heat but after the tec couldn't figure out my original issue he left and I had no heat. I am now on day 3 without anyone coming back to fix this issue.

The repair man was very professional and courteous. Worked quickly and efficiently, even when he encountered unexpected problems. Had an excellent knowledge of heating repair. Would highly recommend them to others in need of heating repairs. Would hire them again.

Mike is absolutely one of your best technicians. He spent time with me reviewing the system and the maintenance procedures that I should know about, things that I can do myself to reduce wear and tear on my system. He is polite, professional, experienced and everything that anyone would want in a technician. I would welcome him back to my home anytime thank you Mike for a fantastic job!

I’ve used this company twice now. Very quick response times and rather fair pricing. Daniel has serviced my house both times (I requested him the second time) and he actually cares about making sure your home is comfortable. He walks you through everything he is or will do. He doesn’t try to have you buy unnecessary things or pressure you into their service package. In all, this is the only company I’ll use for my future services. i definitely recommend

Woke up this morning to find our main ac was not working properly. Called Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent Mike over within the first 2 hours who located and fixed the problem. He was prompt, efficient and courteous. Mike really knows his stuff and always has a smile Great Service!
