This company installed a new electric air filter in my home. There was a noticeable improvement in are quality after only a few days. I think the technicians were very professional and it was a pleasant experience.

I appreciate they were open on a Sunday, but did not appreciate having to convince the worker that yes, I did want my gas line worked on so I could have heat on a night under 45F. I recommend asking for someone other than Ray.

First time use this company and have bad experiences, technician needs more experiences to figure out what is wrong. They don’t diagnose right so beware of them. It will cost more money when they do wrong thing. Also they still charge you for when they diagnose wrong and it cost me a lot because their mistake.

Have used Tri State for a few years now for my restaurant equipment. Great service, knowledgeable and honest techs and efficient work. Definitely a great company.

AC fan hub broke on a Friday during a heatwave. Scheduled appt first thing Monday morning. Two man crew. One guy cleaned the thing out from inside and out/top to bottom and made it look brand new which I was very happy about. The other guy ran to the parts store real quick to get the new fan. They installed it and put everything back together. AC is working again! Would recommend them. Thx!

Installed a new walk in cooler compressor. Installed the wrong Freon Came back left a valve open leaked all the new Freon out again. Tried to charge me 1000 dollars for their incompetence. Would not recommend this company

Greg and his team did an amazing job on our Café. From HVAC to the hoods to setting of equipment they worked tirelessly to ensure it all looks great and worked properly. On top of it all, they were able to come up with many effective ideas to ensure our project came in under budget!

Really pleased with the way your team handled my furnace repair. During this lockdown I wasnt sure how easy it would be to get service but you came out quickly and in full protective gear. It looked more like a toxic chemical clean up crew than a repair company, totally worth it though to be safe. Heater is up and running well now although I hope the weather allows me to turn it off soon. Thanks guys

This company has Installed Many HVAC Systems for us in our Multi Family Properties. I have never worked with a more efficient and professional HVAC contractor than Tri-State Mechanical. We have never had any problems with the quality of there work and have never even had to call them back for something that was not done right or not performing correctly. I am Very Pleased with this company and I do not call anyone else for HVAC unless I need to check there cost buy obtaining more bids for the same project however, Tri-State Mechanical always wins my business. LIKE !

Our experience with this business was nothing short of disappointing. We are a small construction company and our ice machine quit working, so we took the machine to Tri-State hoping to get it fixed faster. Every time we called they told us that they hadn't had time to look at it. When I called after 4 weeks. I asked her if our machine was not a priority and basically she told me that was the case. We picked up our machine the next day and took it to another company in the area. The machine was looked at the same day and fixed the next. There is no reason to treat customers like this. We were having to send our employees to the gas station to get ice for the drink coolers in extreme heat. If you are not going to fix the machine, just say so. I will never take anything to this company again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was recently referred to Tri State for the mechanical and utility construction on my new paint booth.
When the owner, Greg, came out to look over everything and give me a quote, I could tell right away he wasn't one of the typical city contractors just out to make a buck and move on. He went over everything they would do step by step to insure I completely understood all of the work that was going to be done. The county began giving us the run around when we were going through the permit stages of our build, Greg was there every step of the way helping any way he could to make sure we didn't fall to far behind of schedule due to the permitting issues. With his help we finally got the ball rolling and were operational just a few weeks later. Two weeks after all the work had been completed and the paint booth was in use, we had a pretty big rain storm and a small leak started at one of the roof vents. Greg came out that day in the middle of a storm and got on the roof and fixed the leak. This goes to show they stand behind their work and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers know that. We have since built a good working relationship and have decided to use Tri State for a few future projects. I would recommend them to anyone, rather its a big construction job is just a small job you don't have time to do.

Three years ago Tri State Mechanical installed the Soft Serve Machine at Godiva Chocolatier. Greg installed our machine and the process went very smoothly, he made sure we knew how to use the machine before leaving. Any maintenance issues we have had have always been handled in a timely and professional manner. The technicians and office staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Technician came out to check my compressor for my walk in cooler, after checking everything he found that the breaker had tripped, said it looked like the breaker was bad, so he changed it out and it started working again, told me if I have any problems just call and they’ll come back out. 3 days later the breaker tripped again so i called the company back, they told me it would be a service charge and hourly rate for them to come back out which the technician never said anything about additional charges. I had already paid the initial charge for the first visit, now you want me to pay another service charge plus the hourly rate which is ridiculous, Terrible company and customer service.
