I picked Tri-State because of all the great reviews, and it was the right move. They replaced the evaporator in our walk-in cooler and did a great job. There was a small issue with a part but they was right on top of it and replaced the part to get things working correctly. walk-in is nice and ice cold. They did a great job.

I have managed a commercial kitchen for 18 years and have been through several service companies for repairs or replacement. I will never have to look for another one again. Tri-State gives me fast, affordable and reliable service and their service techs are excellent. We had them replace our fan in our exhaust hood a couple of years ago and they did an excellent job. Even cleaned up all the grease off the sidewalk! We recently needed a warming cabinet repaired. Justin did a fantastic job, had it up and running in no time and explained everything that was wrong and what he did. I highly recommend Tri-State for any repairs or installation you may need.

I can’t say enough about this company! They came out in a snowstorm and they worked diligently to figure out all of my problems. I had had other companies out who charged me a lot of money but nobody ever figured out my problems or went to the depths and the great customer service that Tri-State Mechanical did. It really is nice to work with a company that prioritize their customers and knows what they are doing!

This is a GREAT company to call for repairs. I was in a bind with my pipes, had No idea what was going on with my water pressure. Reached out to this company and the guy ( Mr. LaRue) was on time. He came into my house diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a few hours. IF YOU NEED ANY REPAIRS DONE PLEASE CALL HIM! He has reasonable prices and WILL NOT charge you an ARM and a LEG to repair your things. He is AMAZING!! Thank you Mr. LaRue for your prompt response and HARD WORK! YOU ROCK. Will be calling you again if I need help.

Our furnace went out 12/23. The first person that came our said "sorry, you'll have to wait until Monday 12/26 for me to get the part.
Then god sent this wonderful Man. He took a look at my furnace, on Christmas Eve, in 8° weather, and said "ma'am, I know exactly what you need, i'm going to get it". In the blink of an eye, he was back and my heat was BLOWING!! 10 out of 10 Recommend!!

Awesome awesome! My furnace started leaking gas on Christmas and these guys repaired it as fast as humanly possible. Very punctual and friendly. Thanks for the fast turnaround and being available for my multiple calls!

I needed an electrical panel upgrade and got in touch with Tony. He immediately came out to my house to give me an estimate and was able to schedule the installation just a few days later. He did a fantastic job and was very professional and thorough. I plan on calling him for all my future projects.

This is a very unprofessional company. They did a furnance install that did not meet code for city inspection and then they refused to fix it. I had to call and got the run around and the owner who practically cursed me out because i asked for him to fix it. I wouldnt recommentd this company to anyone.
