Their service is very professional their crew, very kind ,courteous professional very diligent getting the job done, getting job done correctly and on budget, leaving the place clean after they finish their work. They did such a great job I felt compelled to feed them lunch one day and cooked up a whole bunch of slabs of ribs and fent all five of the people that were here. This was prior to us opening the 31st of May 2022, I have used their services to maintain some of our cooling equipment and they're always on budget and always on time.

Tri-State Mechanical is a great company to work with. They are a great partner. Our Company GT Ventures has had nothing but great interactions with them. Greg has been super responsive and finishes projects on or before the deadline. They are great in all of there fields from AC/heating, to installing hood systems, and even fabrication. Every time we have done business with Tri-State-state it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Everyone on their team is super professional and their work is the same. We recently installed a hood and makeup air unit at Gallagher’s restaurant in Waterloo Illinois and we will certainly call them again for our next project.

We used Tri-State for a custom build and really enjoyed working with Greg throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and quick to respond. Even after the process was complete he was available for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Fast and professional residential unit! Took time to explain every thing about the new unit and did the little touches on finished job to make it look like it should. In addition, took time to do great cleanup so looked like they were never there.

We had inherited a home in St. Louis but live in Iowa. We did not visit the home the last quarter of the year 2023. When we went to St. Louis to spend 2 to 3 weeks in January, we came to a house that was 35*, pipes broken, and the crawl-space was flooded with about 3 feet of water. We hadn't lived in St. Louis since 1978, who were we going to use? Our neighbor was helping us to look online and we came across TriState Mechanical on Sunday evening. We went to a motel. Rick from TriState went by on Monday afternoon (ice storm) when safe to be on the roads and turned the water off outside. Tuesday morning he was there at 8 a.m. He went to work on the furnace and we had heat by the time he left and a sunk pump in the crawl-space. We had discovered where the main leak was and he was back the next 2 days fixing and repairing pipes. We were able to stay in the house before the weekend. Then the hot water heater went out. Rick and then the very last day with another issue with the hot water, Lonnie came and fix it. Excellent workers, very kind gentlemen, job completed, and the cost was very reasonable. We were happy the see the Christian fish symbol on the trucks also. Very impress with the workmanship, the ladies at the office, the manager, all were very kind and supportive. Out of 5 stars, I give them 5 plus stars. If we ever need anyone ever again, we will call TriState Mechanical! They will take care of you!!

INITIAL REVIEW—-Lonnie was great. wouldn’t recommend tho. They charged me double, once to come out and tell me my walk in cooler was frozen, the other time to fix. Would have preferred they let me know to unplug before they came out. The problem is fix for now tho, hopefully no issues arise. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽

We use Tri State Mechanical for our freezer and A/C needs. They are terrific!! We receive excellent customer service! Leah always answers the phones in a welcoming manner, and she makes sure she gets us scheduled as soon as possible!! Often we have Rich as our tech, and he is outstanding!! We know we can rely on him to bring skill and expertise every time he's here!! All around a fantastic company to work with!

TRI STATE came into Cafe Telegraph and always fixes problems that others won't fix. Their technicians are great. If you need some kitchen equipment repaired. This is the company to call.

Tri State is downright amazing. I am a new business owner and I had both the units down in my walk in cooler. The serviceman arrived early next morning of my call and repaired both the units. Never returns calls.
Amateur work at best that immediately stops working.
Random invoices for work that was never actually done.

And just when you think it can’t get any worse, the office manager is PRETENDING to be a NAVY SEAL.

Had another company out to repair my walk-in freezer. After a couple of times coming out to work on it, and being told it was repaired, we lost all of our products. A friend recommended Tr-State. I called, and within no time, they had the issue diagnosed.
The Tech was very knowledgeable and professional.We will defininetly use them again!

The Motor went out on my kitchen hood @ Mr Thirstys bar & Grill. Tri State came out and had it repaired in a timely matter. I would highly recommend.
