I rarely write reviews, but yesterday I had a great experience with AirPro. I manage over 40 HVAC units across 10 buildings. This was the first time I used AirPro, but it will not be the last! The Technician Dan was great. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The price was fantastic and he made the space look better than when he arrived. On a side note Dan also pointed out to me a potential issue with one of my water lines! Thanks for the heads up Dan!! I highly recommend AirPro for commercial or residential service. I look forward to seeing Dan next week when he comes to my personal residence to do an inspection on my heat pump. Thank you AirPro and a big thank you to Dan.

First let me say that I have worked with Dan one of there Heating and Cooling specialist for the last few years. He has been great at getting me up and running when I have had issues with my heating or cooling system. He has installed both my air conditioner and furnace. The furnace that he just installed working for AirPro has been the best. I don't have to crank the heat way up to stay warm. Thanks Dan and Air Pro and look forward to working with you in the future.

So happy choosing Dan and the guys at Air Pro Heating & Cooling. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and even took the time to answer questions when I had some. (I like to learn.) Brian and Tony showed within minutes of the anticipate arrival time and were completed hours ahead of time. Dan was very patient explaining my new thermostat and explaining the new furnace and A/C condensing unit features.

They were even considerate of my senior dog and other pups. They were able to keep the noise down so as to not make my dogs any more nervous then they already were. (Very important to a dog parent.)

And let's not forget Melissa in the office. She kept on all the paper work and the City permit. She made sure I was informed every step of the way.

I'm looking forward to having Air Pro performing the regular maintenance on my new system. I know they'll keep my investment running at top condition for years to come.

Dan was the best! He explained everything to me, didn’t pressure me to get anything more than I needed and completed the installs quickly. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Overall the best experience I’ve had when dealing with a stressful situation of an expensive household item going out unexpectedly. Melissa in the office was so helpful and gave me all my financing options. She offered to take care of the Ameren/spire rebates for me. Overall great experience and I will definitely continue to use them for any heating/cooling needs.

Amazing service from Air Pro!! Recommended by a family member and I would recommend to anyone who asks. They are an honest company with fantastic customer service. Dan was very professional, and Melissa made sure to give me all my options. They installed a complete system, including a humidifier in one day. They were on time, extremely clean, mindful of the fact that we have animals and small children in the house (always made sure basement door was shut, baby gate was shut, fence was shut) and left no trace of them even being here. Can't say enough great things about this company!

Scott, Brandon and Mike sized and installed a new AC unit for our home. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient. They did all the right things - reviewing all our options, reviewing their work as it progressed and inviting us to ask questions. I would highly recommend Averill.

Shannon Morgan came this afternoon for our annual Fall Heating Checkup. He phoned first to make sure I was ready for him to come out. He arrived promptly, as always, at the scheduled time. Very professional manners. Shannon really knows his stuff and always has a smile. He had us serviced & ready for Fall/Winter in no time. He offered a couple of suggestions and explained very well. Whenever we need someone from Averill, which isn't very often, either Shannon, Jack or any of the other Service Technicians are fantastic.

Technician tried to tell me I needed Circuit board ($1100) ,called another company Technician cleaned sencer for ignitor for pilot. Cost me a 10th of what your Technician was suggesting. Would not recommend this company

I had a new Furnace and air conditioner installed today during Covid 19 and not only did I get great service , competitive pricing the gentlemen that came to my home were concerned about my families health. The wore masks wiped everything with Clorox wipes , put runners down so everywhere they walked it was covered. All three gentlemen were very pleasant and gave me the sense that doing a great job was the end goal. I will always recommend this particular Averill for all my heating and cooling needs .

I had to call Averill around 4pm on Tuesday, April 16th I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday, April 17th. I had to have an emergency visit to the oral surgeon on Wednesday, April 17th, so there was an issue. I called Averill on Tuesday, and they worked the schedule out so that I was able to get the first call on Tuesday.

Jack Farley was our technician. He called beforehand to verify the appointment, and arrived promptly at 8 am. Jack was very good, so I have no complaints about his work. He recommended a couple of add on items, but was not pushy about it. I appreciated that. I have been using Averill for many years now. They installed the current system I have.

My husband called Averill in the morning because we needed our water heater checked out since we had no hot water. Jack Farley and another gentleman was at our house that same morning. They put a thermal coupler on and cleaned it and it is working again. We love the fast service we get from Averill and love the people they send they make sure you know what is needed to fix the problem and how much it will cost.

They were super easy to schedule and came out within an hour of my contacting them. Jack was friendly and knowledgable and fixed the issue with my furnace easily. He went above and beyond to meet our furnace needs! Highly recommend!!!

Jason did a great job! He explained what was going to be done with our maintenance. He was courteous and thorough. We consistently get great results from everyone from Averill! We've been customers for 19+ years.

Jason was awesome!! I had an appointment at 8 am. Jason called 20 minutes before to make sure that the appointment time was still good. He, then, showed up 6 minutes early!! I appreciate that as I had to be at work, when he finished. He was very professional and thorough. Once he diagnosed the problem, he let me know what the next steps were. It took Jason less than an hour from start to finish. Once he completed, he went over the billing with me and explained the cost, so that I could understand what services and parts that I was paying for. Thank you Kim for the referral. I will recommend Averill to all my family and friends. Thank you again!!

Jason Smith serviced my heating system Tuesday 9.12.17, as part of Averill's commitment to my annual service agreement. He found several problems with my heating system and explained and remedied all problems. He was punctual, arrived when promised, was courteous and professional. Mike, Brandon and Chris were very professional installing our new furnace and air conditioner They cleaned up after they were done. They explained the operation and adjustment of our system. They answered our questions . I can not think of a smoother transition of the equipment. I heartily recommend Averill Heating and Cooling because of the quality of their employees.

We called this morning about our air conditioner not cooling. Jack Farley was out in about 1 1/2 hrs, He quickly diagnosed it as a bad fan motor and had it replaced in less than an hour. The work was done very professionally. We have used Averill for over 30 years and will continue to use them.

Jason Smith at Averill heating was magnificent. He rescued my 90 yr old mom by fixing her AC on a Friday evening of a very hot day. He was professional, friendly, prepared and competent. He replaced the fan's motor and charged a reasonable price. We were so happy he had the motor he needed in his van. I'd hire Jason again any time I need HVAC work.

We've come to expect exceptional service from Averill and they deliver it every time. Brandon was courteous, on time, and explained the technicalities of the furnace clearly. We are glad our friends introduced us to Averill. We've come to trust them to take care of our heating and air conditioning needs.

My A/C was out, talked to Mark and he came out to give me a estimate. Made my decision to go with AVERILL and was lucky enough to get installation the next day.

Have been using Averill for 15 years they have replaced both my heating and cooling units in my 50+year old house. I have there service plan and they come to the house 2 times a year in the spring and fall, which I think is very wise as a homeowner to do as a preventive maintenance schedule. All of service techs are awesome and are very polite and very knowledgeable on all of my systems. Thank you to my friends at Averill for all your Great Service.
