Had a fuse blown in the furnace and called Averill and they were able to come out the same day on a Saturday. Mike was super friendly and explained things for me. His service was thorough and quick. The price was reasonable as well. We will definitely be using them in the future. They also take credit cards which is helpful.

We just replaced our whole HVAC system in early May using Averill Heating and Air Conditioning and were super pleased with their personal service, their promptness, skills and their fair pricing (their bid also came in the lowest by far of all the bids we received!). And we’ve been so happy with our new system. Then a few days ago, there was an urgent situation (a leak) with the A/C at our daughter’s condo. Jack, a technician at Averill, came in just a few hours and did the leg work to check if a cracked part was covered under warranty, even though Averill had not done the original install of the unit 3 years prior. Averill got the part (yes, it was covered under warranty) the next day and worked us in for an earlier repair. Great customer service and professionalism! We highly recommend Averill!

Jason from Averill Heating and Cooling came to my home to check my heating unit today. I really like him and the company. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow but they were able to come today. So they called to make sure someone would be home. Jason came and was very thorough with his work and very friendly. I would recommend Averill and Jason to everyone.

We received excellent service from Averill in the coldest week in January. Brandon, Mike, Chris, and Shannon are the A+ team and finished the installation of the whole furnace/AC system within hours. Their work is very professional, and their explanation is very clear for someone like me who has no basic knowledge about furnace system. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy and they were able to come next day. The technician was kind and pleasant. He did a great job diagnosing out system and making sure everything was good to go. Our AC is working better than it has on a long time. I have no issues with the service provided and it's quality.

I'm not sure how much AC repair usually costs but it seemed kind of expensive. We had a dirty evaporator coil which he cleaned and I looked up how much that should cost. It was definitely on the higher end. Again, no issues with the service at all, just seemed like everything was really expensive.

I have had the most fantastic experience with Averill. Mark, the owner, came out and assessed our house and made recommendations for a whole new system based on our house and needs. He was never pushy. He worked up a few options for the house and gave us ample time to shop around and make a decision. No high pressure at all.
His team came out; Mike, Brandon, Chris and Shannon, and did an amazing job. They came on time, wore shoe protectors and were very friendly. They set right to work; laying down tarps and carpets to avoid tracking in dirt and debris. They worked quickly on both systems simultaneously and were done in a few hours. They cleaned up everything, took away trash and our old units. Mike did a great job of checking for good air flow in each register and made adjustments as necessary. Brandon walked me through the new thermostat and all the ins and outs of the new system. I didn't talk much to Chris or Shannon, but I saw them hard at work.
I could not be happier with the service and professionalism that they provided. I will tell anyone who asks to go with Averill. EVERYONE!

The service I received was outstanding.
The two service men who repaired the coil on my air conditioner were Eric and Jack. The were both very knowledgeable and professional when replacing the coil on my unit.
I was scheduled a service call promptly and after diagnosing the problem, the parts were ordered and an appointment was schedule to repair the unit the following work day. I am happy to say my house has never felt so cool on a hot day.
I am very grateful to have found a company that is honest, prompt, and hires the best people that go the extra mile for their customers!

We used Averill Heating and Cooling a few weeks ago to replace both our AC's, Furnaces, and humidifiers. I called up on a Friday morning and by the afternoon Mark was at my house looking over things and giving his recommendations on a replacements. He even said he was going to make the duck work larger for better air flow. No one else offered that or how they arch the returns. The special touches is what counts.

When we decided to go with Averill they were not able to come for a week and it was supposed to get hot. He came out and charged our first floor that was low and leaking. That was super nice of them. The day of the install 4 men showed up and went to work. They estimated 6 hours to do the job. The installers Mike, Chris, Shannon and Brandon were awesome. They explained everything when they were doing the install and cleaned up well after themselves. They ran into no issues during the install and finished pretty close to their 6 hour estimate.

We greatly appreciate their professionalism and care to us the customer. We will be using them for all our service needs and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again!

I have always had a great experience with Averill. Brandon, who has been my technician several times, is always so professional. He calls before heading my way (and is usually early which I love) and he gets the job done so well. Averill replaced a unit and did a fabulous job. They may not always be the cheapest, but they have the best customer service around. They are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and dependable. I like how they have different service agreement options and they all work hard to give the best deal.

We are very happy with the installation of our new A.C. and Furnace.(so far!) We had five estimates and made an informed choice to go with Averill and Trane. They weren't the cheapest but were very competitive and we felt they offered the best value for our long term satisfaction. Mark Averill seems honest and fair minded and his installers were excellent. They were very professional, organized, knowledgeable and clean! We were very impressed overall and feel good about our decision.

Averill should be your first call for ANY air conditioning or heating needs! My son was in need of a new AC/Furnace for his new home ( older home) and my research took me to Averill. They came highly recommended and took great care of his AC/Furnace needs. I now have my own personal experience to share as well. While on vacation our AC was not working well at all. I called Averill and they were able to send a technician out on a Saturday morning for no extra charge! They adjusted the AC so it worked until we were able to return from vacation and get some prices on replacing . Mark the owner came out the same day we returned from vacation to give us a quote and although we did get a second bid to be sure, Averill was our choice! They installed a new system the next day! They had a crew of four guys show up to replace AC and furnace. All four were VERY professional and answered all our questions . They cleaned up well and did a thorough check of the system prior to leaving. Our new system is fantastic! I find Averill to be reasonable in their pricing and fast in their responsiveness ! Great company to work with.

My experience with Mor was great. He got us on the books right away and was very accommodating with his schedule. He communicated everything upfront. Mor was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I recently purchased a new house and the ducts had never been cleaned. He took his time and the results were great! I would use him again and will when I need him in the future!

The crew is real. Booked an appointment. Estimated a range. They got there at the appointed time in a service van with their name on the side and confirmed pricing and access and they proceeded to clean out 21 years of dust, insect carcasess, toys, hair bands & food debris. Everything that was in there was removed. Before and after pictures were shown to me.

They do cut holes in your ducts for access. They do install plates after to close-up those access points.

They don't really advertise, i found them via google maps.

I will hire the service again.

I suffer from Allergies and Vertigo. I had never had my air ducts cleaned before, this was the one area I failed in as a homeowner. I decided to put aside other home projects and make my house healthy once again. I choose Mor because of his reviews and I'm so glad I did!! It's been a week since he serviced my home. I am no longer having the migraines and feeling so much better with tolerable sinus issues. He was thorough and even came out to my home to do an assessment. Very kind and professional.

I am very pleased with the work by 1st Global Air Duct Cleaning. Mor runs a great two man service and I found their price to be very affordable and reasonable. He provided me with some before and after photo's that I would be a little embarrassed to share. My house was built in the late 50's and I have been in it for 28 years. As far as we could tell, the ducts had never been cleaned and there was a lot of 'yuck' that came out. They were flexible on days to work. I scheduled an appointment and they called before arriving and showed up at the agreed to time. I appreciate using a small business that lets you know what services they offer and what they will cost, but absolutely no pressure to sell you anything extra. It's been my experience lately with larger companies that they want to sell you every product or service they offer. I plan to continue to use 1st Global for future work.
