This technician is unresponsive to any phone calls or voicemails. I had a hot water heater that was out, and he was assigned to complete the service. The day of the job, he was a no show. I called the warranty company multiple times, left multiple voicemails on his personal phone, and he didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. Terrible service. I would rate this a ZERO if I could.

Originally I gave this business a great review. When it appeared theproblem wasn't resolved, I called to have them come back to determine the issue. I was supposed to get a call Wednesday just to schedule when someone would be back. I have not received a call. My home is almost 90° inside. I have young children which I explained. I was told they are swamped but I haven't even received a call. I keep calling but I'm not receiving a response so I'm very angry...

The technician was prompt and professional; he had a cancellation and was able to fix my A/C a day earlier than expected.

Glenn came out the day I called he charges a $90 service call and that goes toward his 1st hour.
He fixed my thermostat with in the hour and only charge me $90.

Walker’s heating and cooling responded very quickly to my need for air conditioning. He came in diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part needed. As soon as the part came in, he was at my house ready to install it even though it was a Friday evening and for sure after work hours. He was friendly and very responsive to phone calls. I 100% recommend Walker’s heating and cooling to anyone with air conditioning issues.
