Glen did an awesome job figured out our furnace problem went and picked up the part which was a control board and installed it in no time and our heating system problem was solved I highly recommend him and Glen thanks again your a life saver!

Very HONEST and professional! had great communication and showed up to the appointment on time! He also, called me when he was in route, so that I wouldn't have to wait at the unit in the cold for the 4-hour window. My issue was simply somehow, the breaker had flipped inside of my electrical furnace, he flipped the breaker and the furnace came right on. Smh!! but regardless, he took his time in making sure everything was working correctly before he left the property. He tested the breaker and other components to make sure nothing else was wrong. I really did appreciate that. I also appreciated, the expedited appointment time, The company came right out, in 24 hours of my request. I can't thank this company enough!! I will surely be giving his information to friends and family.

My heater started acting up right before a snow fall. Originally, I received an appointment time for Thursday, and I called to see if it could be moved up. I texted my information and he said he would see when he could squeeze me in. Terrell called me later that afternoon and said he would come by that evening! It took him about an hour to figure out the problem and fix it. My dog and I are nice and warm. Thank you!

Terrel is the consummate professional HVAC technician. He uses state-of the-art diagnostic and testing equipment, and is attentive to every detail. My old freon a/c unit needed a complete recharge, which he did using the highest quality replacement refrigerant available. He arrives precisely when promised, and follows through unti the task is complete, all with extremely fair pricing.

Great customer service. Great communication when severe weather delayed them. Terrell arrived first thing the next morning to makeup the missed appointment. Quick to diagnose the problem and replace the faulty part on my AC unit. Although they came to me thru my home warranty company, I'd gladly use them again for any job I need done.

Mr. T was very professional from the time we talked on the phone. He worked around my schedule. He was clean and professional and what I loved that he practiced the CDC guide lines and the work area was clean when he left. I strongly recommend this company and will use again !

Terrell was very cool, so that goes a long way with me. He showed me everything he was doing. I thought my board was bad but it wasn't, it was my pressure switch. He could've easily said it was the board and charged me but he was honest about everything and showed me step by step. Came back next day with part and fixed problem. Terrell will be my HVAC guy for years to come.. I recommend to anybody, and very reasonable prices 👍🏿..
