Glen Walker arrived a day early and did a great job repairing my broken Traine heater. He even had to leave, drive to Fenton to pick up a new Traine heater control board, came back and installed it all on the same day. He then tested the unit and made sure it was working before he left. I would highly recommend Walker HVAC. They do a great job and make sure it’s working and completed same day. My home warranty service assigned WHC to my claim after the original responder ghosted me. WHC resolved my cooling issue that of course happen during the heat of summer. My AC was repaired correctly the first time and I’ve had no issues since. I will be contacting them to service my furnace and humidifier, too. Highly recommend.

Water heater installed through home warranty company. Walkers Heating and Cooling quickly replaced.

I got in touch with this company through my home warranty. I left a message for him when my home warranty assign the work order to him, and then called him again a few days later towards the end of the day. He was very helpful and presented options about his ability to get out on a day that worked for both of us. Once he arrived he discovered a manufacturer defect and helped me replace the the entire unit. From the first visit, to the install of a new unit (keep in mind this is a warranty claim) it took one week which in my opinion is lightening fast in this situation. I’d recommend him to my family and friends.

Update: 4/17/24
I called Mr Walker for an issue with my homes air conditioning on 4/15 and he provided an estimate for an appointment the following week. Two days later he called me saying he had a cancellation and came over. I thought by condenser wasn’t turning on because of an electrical issue, turns out I didn’t contact the wires in my smart thermostat correctly. Thank you for the second assist Mr. Walker!

Also took the time to answer questions I had on other issues.

Glen was able to get our old furnace back up and running within a 24 hour timeframe after calling for service through our home warranty. A previous repairman misdiagnosed our furnace issue, so we appreciate the quick resolve during such low temperatures! Thank you!

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Our home warranty company assigned our service request to Glen. Anxious to get things fixed ASAP, I gave Glen a call. He advised he wouldn’t be able to make it over for a couple days as his schedule was pretty full. Thankfully he found an opening the next day and fit us in to fix our unit! Would highly recommend Glen as he was very professional and open in communication which we greatly appreciated.

Called yesterday to required about services and Glenn was going to squeeze me into his schedule that day but I informed him that I was unable to be at home and he stated he could come by first thing the next morning. When he arrived, he had an expert knowledge and professional manner. I highly recommended his services.

I ran into several issues after contacting my home warranty company to have a new water heater installed at my residence and Walker’s (WHC) Plumbing worked diligently to assure the job was completed. A new water heater was installed. My installer Glenn was very easy to work with. Very mild-mannered and we ran into a lot of issues as I did not clean the sediment out of my water heater. I now know to do that annually as he taught me. He waited around to make sure that all the water running throughout my house and every Outlet was functioning well before he left in case the pressure caused any problems. A very trustworthy man
