My AC was not cooling my house down for some reason, so I called Mike for the repair. Very professional, courteous and provided a great assessment. Nothing pushy, just a couple of recommendations to think about going forward to keep our system in tip top shape. What a relief to "know" someone who puts a premium on quick, prompt service!!

I highly recommend Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning. I just had both of my air conditioning units replaced. Both young men were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Their installation was outstanding and above the area industry standards I have experienced with other air conditioning companies.

I had Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning come out and diagnose a mitsubishi mini split that was not working . I had a previous contractor unable to diagnose the problem. The airmaster was able to diagnose that the original installation was not done properly . They came back the next day and installed a new system. Their technician Bret was excellent . Both techs installed the new system . They were very careful in the house ,clean and efficient . I am 100% SATISFIED AND PLEASED!

As always, when Mike and Joe came for yearly A/C checkup, they were polite and professional. All Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning employees I've ever run across always put on disposable booties before entering the house. This time, we had a couple questions about our thermostat. I had two furnaces and two air conditioning systems installed. The installation process went well and we are well pleased with both systems. I requested a from them and I was so impressed with the competitive price they gave me. They were not pushy but gave me plenty of time to make a clear decision. He was honest and provided us with three options that fell within our budget. The technicians show honesty and have reasonable pricing. It did not feel like they were trying to up sell. It also helped that, out of all the estimates. He was accessible and answered all of my questions before installation.

My service tech was very courteous and very professional, he explained what he was doing to clean my furnace and knew his trade very well, I had a new blower installed and he said the furnace was running great for it being 10 years old. I also asked him about putting central air in my new home and asked the price, he said that they were a small business so he could give me a fair price. Dennis was very personable and knowledgeable. He came right on time and walked me through the process as he explained to me what the cause of the problem was and the option i had to fix our furnace. I was very impressed with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them.

I had an AC problem on Saturday morning and called Thirdwave Heating And Cooling around 8.00am and they had a technician at my home by 10:30am. I was able to get an appointment the same day within hours went my heat pump went out. I ended up needing a new heat pump which I knew was inevitable, but it was not after every attempt to save my existing one. My new heat pump was installed the next day. Would highly recommend.

This facility is clearly set up more for local or smaller trucks, not 53ft trailers. Trying to maneuver a full-size trailer here is extremely challenging due to how tight everything is. The fencing is placed very close to the driving areas, leaving almost no room to turn or back in comfortably.
If you’re in a day cab or smaller setup, it might not be too bad, but for long trailers, it’s a struggle. There’s very little space to work with, and it doesn’t feel like it was designed with over-the-road drivers in mind. Definitely something to be aware of before coming here with a 53ft trailer.
