I recently had the pleasure of working with Excel Williams Heating and Cooling, and I must say that I could not be more satisfied with their service. One of the highlights of my experience was working with Casey, the owner who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that everything was going as planned and that I was completely satisfied with the service being provided.

Additionally, Erik the technician who worked on my heating and cooling unit was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and provided great customer service. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, and was considerate in cleaning up after completing his work.

Overall, I highly recommend Excel Williams Heating and Cooling for anyone in need of heating and cooling services. The team's dedication to providing high-quality service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction was truly exceptional, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I highly recommend this company. I called late one evening and they called me right back. Super friendly!! The next morning we were on the phone ordering my compressor. I never once felt like a “regular customer.” The compressor came quickly and the technician came out and installed it alone with no problem. He was also very nice. They did a follow up check the next day just to make sure we were cooling down. Just awesome customer service all around. Truly grateful for their service. St. Louis heat is no joke and they were a God send. Call them, you wont regret it!! As a Realtor I will definitely be recommending them to my clients.

I can’t recommend them enough! From the office staff to Erik the technician, everyone was so nice and helpful! Erik was clear about what he was doing, what was working and what wasn’t, and kept me updated through the whole process. Not to mention he was honest about my system and what was going on. No sales pitch! Seriously will be going with Xcell Williams from now on!

Eric came today to do a seasonal Furnace check. I have X-cell H & C come out twice a year. Once in the spring to check air conditioner and in the Fall before I need to turn on the heat for winter. I have been with this company for years. All the service technicians have been kind and thorough with their work. Eric was very professional, friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions about furnace filters and systems. He was informative and I did not feel rushed. I'm considering having them install an all home filter system to the furnace. If you need a furnace or air conditioner check or a brand new system, you can't go wrong with X-cell Heating and Cooling!

I could not be more pleased with this company. They came first thing in the morning after calling them the night before. Casey was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with my AC unit and let me know how much it would cost to repair. He gave me some great tips on how to keep up with maintenance on the Furnace and outside unit. I always appreciate a company that doesn’t try to up sell on things not needed. Casey had me up and running within an hour! Highly recommend!

If I could give more stars I would! We had a big issue with our ac that had electrical issues as well. Sarah, Jeanie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) were soo great with taking my calls and calling me back to keep me in the loop and letting me know what was going on even when the electrical work was done incomplete the first time they were kind and Eric (the technician) gave me the list of what the electrician missed and alwas clear patient and precise and pleasant. After it was all said and done we have ac after 5 weeks! It was not Xcell holding us up it was in fact the electrical and home owners warranty..Xcell was fast with everything and did the best to get our work done, (esp since im stuck home from knee surgery)..No matter how many times.i called they were soo pleasant on the phone and the visits.
We have been going through them for 5 yrs and will continue...also huge plus when the technicians love on my dogs who are just excited to see new people! Thank you.soo much again!

Excellent service!! Casey came out to repair my AC unit today. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest about what caused my issue before repairing it. I had a couple of other questions that he patiently listened to before giving a response. Thank you! You have a lifelong customer.😊

Fantastic communication and an honest assessment of my unit. Instead of milking me for over $7k for a new system by another local company, Eric performed the testing the other company DIDN'T DO and saved me THOUSANDS $$ on a system that was performing just fine. Eric was beyond honest and knowledgeable. I'll never use another company. All others should follow their lead! 10 🌟 stars!

Eric came out and did an excellent job on my furnace. Great personality answer most of my questions and was very helpful. Truly appreciate his his help and the service that he have given. I would truly recommend this guy come out and do repairs.

Had to have an A/C unit replaced through my home warranty. Service was FANTASTIC!!! The receptionist was super knowledgeable and helped me with working with the warranty company. Technicians were great, knowledgeable and professional. Truly felt valued as a customer. Highly recommended 10/10.

This company is fantastic! The employees are fantastic! I am so glad I call them. As a First time home buyer i needed all the advice, and to make sure my ac and unit was good because it's a older unit, Eric came out and told me everything is good, also told me everything I needed to know. I will always go to them for anything I need for my ac and unit.

Response: their reply.. nasty... probably same office lady. And it wasn't about both service call and repair.. your technician LIED and said everything was working and it wasn't. Not cool.. pun intended.

Maybe others have had bad interactions and didn't review, so leaving this here as a precaution. Given all the top ratings for Eric, it's hard not to feel personal he chose to lie right to my face about the "tune-up" he provided and that all was functioning. Office gal seems to be in cahoots with digging in about poor service as well--was pretty nasty. Really surprising. At least the "manager" is honest (refunded charge). Look sharp and don't hand over your money until you make sure things are truly working.

St Louis was in the middle of a heat wave. I had been without air conditioning for 5 days. They had a cancellation so I was able to get repair service a day early. The service technician was great! He diagnosed the problem then fixed it in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend this company!! Sarah and Casey definitely give five star service.

Eric from Xcell Williams Heating & Cooling stopped by today. He got me signed up again for their seasonal maintenance special. As usual, he did an excellent job with my furnace maintenance. He was professional, thorough, and friendly. I love this company—they’re the best!

Xcell’s customer service and promptness is unmatched! We first used them the summer we moved into our house because our AC wasn’t working and needed more refrigerant. When our AC stopped cooling again this year, we called again. They came out same day (within an hour of calling them) and refilled our refrigerant & placed a UV leak sealant. The tech, Erik, was very nice and professional and explained everything to me and what our options would be if something happened again down the road without a cheesy sales pitch.

About 5 days later, we noticed our AC wasn’t cooling again so we called again. We were getting married that following Friday and had family coming in town so we needed to get it fixed ASAP. They showed up first thing the next morning (on a Sunday) and said we had a pretty big leak because our refrigerant was out again. Erik explained the options, replacing the coil or replacing the entire unit. The office staff was very helpful and friendly with all my calls. We decided to replace the entire unit and asked if we could possibly get the replacement expedited within the next few days due to our upcoming wedding. When the owner, Casey, found out about our situation, he personally came out to our house and replaced it within two days. He was very professional, friendly, and completed it by himself within 4 hours of arrival. Their pricing is very reasonable and we are so grateful for their kindness! We would definitely recommend their services and plan to use them in the future for tune ups.

Today was a Blessing from God, my AC has been out for the last 2 weeks I was giving Xcell Williams Heating and Cooling yesterday by my home warranty service. The gentleman that I spoke with yesterday heard my needs and concerns and set a appointment this first thing this morning ( 08/16 ). I want the praise "Eric" the gentleman that came out and fixed my unit in a timely manner.

The technicians at Xcell Williams did an excellent job analyzing my very old and dysfunctional AC system, then diagnosed the problems which helped me qualify for an entire AC replacement with my 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty policy. Chris, the installer, was clear about what he was going to do and did a thorough install in less than a day...I am impressed. He was personable, very respectful of my property, and my gardens, and cleaned up so well I only could tell he had been here because my house was suddenly, and perfectly cooler. It is working great. I highly recommend Xcell Williams.
