1 Source Heating and Cooling provided excellent, expeditious service. They came out triage the problem and ordered parts needed for resolution. Keeping me in the loop the whole time. I would definitely recommend.

AWFUL COMPANY! The tech is either too lazy to do any work or too clueless to understand how to do his job. And then when I talk to the ghetto girl that answers the phone, she cuts you off before you can finish your sentence and has the audacity to raise her voice. I'm getting on NextDoor now to tell everyone not to use this company EVER!!!

My warranty company referred this company. From the time the technician arrived at my house he was rude and unprofessional. It took the technician a week to give a diagnosis to which he did NO work. No customer service skills at all! Would not recommend!!!!

The two technicians that came out were very informative professionals, that was also well experienced fixed the issue I was having in my home… very sweet ladies that work in the office they fit me in on the schedule and got me going. Highly recommend for hvac service

This is one of the best HVAC companies I have worked with thus far. Very professional and courteous. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on by answering all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I had 3 appointments set that the company fail to show up for. When contacted on the 3rd service call they allege I'm out of their service area. The lack of communication, professionalism and truthfulness is disturbing. How do you expect to run a successful business with poor customer service & lack of professionalism.

The 1 Source team goes above and beyond! Every individual that I communicated with was courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them for all of your HVAC needs. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Where to begin with this horrendous company!? So missed the emergency appointment on a Monday.. didn’t show up for appointment on Tuesday.. Fixed AC on wed broke 20 min later wouldn’t come back.. came back Thursday fixed it broke 20 min later Wouldnt come back .. and Today they refused service Bc they didn’t know how to replace it!!! Do not use this company under any circumstances!!! If u have a warranty refuse service from them.... These people are clowns and you owe me for lost food and electric bill!!!! DO NOT EVER Ever ever ever ever ever ever ever use these idiots ever!!!

Worst HVAC experience ever. They rescheduled furnace repair right before a freezing storm, took 3 service trips and still not able to fix the problem, no emergency hours, tech not available for part of the week, scheduler not in the office during business hours. If you want your system fixed, do not contact them.

My experience with souce1 was very inaccurate, I was told one simple solution would fix the whole unit they replace last year. This is immediate, after that the system failed to work. Then I was told at a later time that solution could maybe fix the problem or not, but now I needed to change out my entire furnace to match the much smaller unit they replaced would work instead. Which is way more expensive than the original solution given at first. Very disappointed still no air in this heatwave

This was by far the easiest, most thorough, & fastest experience with a Contractor of ANY kind. My AC was out for 12 days prior to contacting 1 Source. As soon as the part I needed was found, in 1 day, I was immediately added to their schedule for repair the same day!

This team is thoughtful respectful and kind. They came in did the work at the same time they were attentive and polite. A previous company had given me a hard time so 1 Source had to clean up their work. There whole team was great. Also, special kudos to Kisha as I talked with her a few times. PS 1 Source completing the job was a God sent because the temperature was a record highs and my sick mother lives with me. I can’t thank them enough

The tech Chris was great . On time, very patient and knowledgeable. He was not able to repair my ac on the spot becase my compressor had completely died. He explained to me what all it would take to replace it. Kisha in the office provided regular updates on the process and the unit was replaced within days. I can't thank them all enough for making this process easy for me.

I called them to replace my furnace flue pipes. I got several estimates and they were the most reasonable. Very professional, knowledgeable, and on time! I will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs.

1 Source Heating and Cooling did an amazing job at my home. Everyone from the office to the technicians gave great customer service. Everyone was professional and they went above and beyond to restore heat to my home during one of the coldest weeks this winter, so far. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs service to their HVAC system.

This company was assigned to fix my A/C through my home warranty company. It has been two days, and we have called several times (on both sides), at all times throughout the day, and no one EVER answers the phone!!! The recording says that if no one answers, we are calling outside of business hours...well then they must never be open! And they don’t even leave an option to leave a voicemail! Nor do they return emails! Well, if that’s the case, you probably shouldn’t offer your services to the number one home warranty company in America!!! Next!

Kudos to 1 Source Heating and Cooling!!! Hat's off to Chris for your promptness and knowledge of repairing my cooling system. He had my system up and running within 15 minutes and I'm now covered up with a blanket! Being that I'm a 50 plus years worker in many aspects of Customer Service, I appreciate Ms. Jada! Terrible company, terrible customer service. it took almost two months to get my AC unit replaced. Thankfully i am not elderly or have a baby. They are hard to reach and don’t get back to you. I talked to them on a Friday and she said she would call back after lunch, never called me so i had to wait again until Monday to be able to reach them. After finally scheduling an appointment and me taking off work to be home, i called them 30 minutes after they didn’t show up to my scheduled appointment, where i was told that they were planning on calling to reschedule for the next day??? Meaning they expected me to take off work two full days, one day without notice. No apologies, no compensation, no compassion for having no working air conditioning during some of the hottest days of the year. Fortunately every service man i dealt with was wonderful and professional, however the women working the phones aren’t. Terrible company with terrible customer service and i would never recommend them to anyone.

So this company was sent out through my home warranty which was American Home Shield. I just canceled them after 20 years. I believe they were sold to another company and the company that owns it now or working with some shady contractors . 1 Source Heating and Cooling came out October 16th to service my furnace, it took them 2 and 1/2 weeks to send the diagnosis in to American Home shield, only for them to not approve my service request . I have been told by other contractors that American Home shield are now working with some shady contractors.

They were great fast on and easy had the whole system replaced and they got it done in under 3 hours highly recommend!!!
