Hector was incredibly friendly and very easy to work with.

My boiler floor heating system failed and some companies said the boiler could not be repaired. In the process of doing estimate AL-Don told me the boiler was repairable and they really made the boiler work again. I especially want to thank Alex for his kindness and skill and I will give the boiler maintenance and repairing job to them in future. Thank you again, AL-Don and Alex.

No hot water from my tankless water heater on Monday... serviced and repaired with a smile on Tuesday morning.
The service team is always respectful, professional, and has smart solutions for any HVAC issue I've had over the years.
A special shout-out to Leslie-- the smiling voice who answers the phone and gets the wheels rolling when a service call is necessary. She gets bonus points because she laughs at my 'Dad jokes' too! The communication is always excellent-- helps everyone manage expectations.

I called Al Don the Saturday before Christmas. I was able to get a technician at my house within a few hours and he was able to diagnose the issue right away. My issue came with price that was going to be charged and the speed of service. The technician wasn’t sure if they had the part at the shop and could not guarantee that the part would be available within a week. Not acceptable when you’re without heat. He was also looking at charging $689 for a draft induction motor. I didn’t proceed to with service with Al Don at that point. I found the part on Amazon for $88 and received within two days. Also, I was able to install it myself in 10 minutes. I wouldn’t suggest these guys for any HVAC services to my friends.

My a/c stopped cooling during the June 2025 heatwave. Al-Don was very responsive and sent a service person the next day. Boyan was thorough, professional, polite and very helpful in explaining to me what he was doing as well as how I could take care of my system myself to extend its life. Thanks guys!

My experience with Al-Don was exceptional! I had them replace my furnace and AC with an all new Hi Efficiency system. Due to my busy work schedule, they agreed to come out and install on the weekend. They were in and out in less then a day. The crew was right on time and did a very good cleanup when they were done. I noticed very small details that were done that went above and beyond our agreement. I would recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

They did a great job fixing my water heater situation in my home. They also showed up on-time on the day of the appointments unlike other companies I've used in the past.

Edit: Less than a year later, it quit working. It flashes error code 61. They don't service Rinnai units any longer and sent McCarthy Plumbing who is unable to remedy the situation. I will have to spend money replacing the unit they installed since nobody can fix it.

We have been using AL-DON for 17 years. They have always been professional and reliable. But recently, they went above and beyond!! We had and issue with our furnace and between Leslie, Lisa and Alex the matter was resolved, at an affordable price in less than 72 hours. I also learned a few things that will allow me to better monitor my unit in the future. Thanks AL-DON !

I had a heating issue with the cold- the entire Aldon team was awesome . They were very responsive, knowledgeable, respectful. Bottom line was the entire unit had to be replaced. Install team of 4 went above & beyond to make sure the unit was working! I cannot give enough accolades to ALL of them they went beyond expectations even though ive used Aldon for 40 years & cannot express my gratitude enough. The best! I am indebted to Al-Don! Our heat went out and they were fast to respond and did excellent work. They were honest and were able to fix rather than replace our boiler. Alex even took the time to show me how to properly look after the radiators and boiler. I can’t recommend these guys high enough for the wonderful work they do!

This company is amazing! Our commercial AC system was not working and it was 82 degrees in the building. They were able to get out to us quicker than other companies and did a fantastic job. Had our AC system was up and running in no time. Alex is an amazing technician and his customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend for in-home or commercial!

Their prices and technology offered were WAY better than the two other contractors I had received quotes from. The install was flawless. I got a state of the art Diakin Fit at a price that beat everyone else. Their communication and professionalism was great.

Our AC stopped working yesterday afternoon and I reached out to a friend for the Al-Don info. It was a great decision! Alex was at our home, as promised, by 10:15. He found the issue and gave recommendations on aging parts but didn’t try to put pressure on us, just honest evaluation. He made the fixes and got us up and running really quickly.
