I highly recommend All Star. They are honest and were able to bring problems to our attention but didn't try to pressure us. They have more work to do but I'm confident!

Unprofessional..cleaned grease trap for 175, then caued a clogg and now charges 250 to even come out and fix the problem they caused. Money grabing and unprofesional. Now I have to decie if its worht taking legal actions for the things destroyed from the clogg and backed up water. I've used them regurlarly for our grease traps but that's gonna change.

They came and cabled out my mainline. Did a great job; he was fast and very friendly!

Marco was awesome. Went above and beyond to help me with my septic problem. His advice saved me a lot of money and fixed our issue. I would definitely recommend!

The other reviews have to be made up because this company is not good at all.

December 2022, their staff showed up and didn’t feel like digging, so he watched me (the home owner) do it. Red flag number one.

Since then, a competitor came out 8 times since to tell us the tank was still full because All-Star only pumped liquid. Solids are still blocking our aerator. They didn’t really pump.

Called a few months back and they basically called us crazy. I let it go.
Competitor kept telling us it was full. I called today to see if they would make it right. Lady tried talking in circles and refused to have someone come out to stand by their work. Didn’t ask to see the competitor’s notes or show any concern whatsoever.

Mind you, we have low usage in this house and the 1st time the competitor came out it was 1 month after the “pump”. So it’s not full because it’s full. It’s full because they didn’t do their job. This isn’t Uncle Eddy.

Off to write another check to a reputable company that stands by their work. Don’t be fooled by the number of years they say they’ve been in business. Number of years does not correlate to quality and service.

Replaced my single home pump station in 2021. Charged me $5k and refused to warranty the work. Wanted me to pay $250 an hour just to come look at it. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend

For the first 25 minutes all bro did was say you mama jokes, then the history of yo mama jokes. They weren't even good jokes. Toilet is quiet and efficient though

Well first of all this is not the Location of All Star Pumping & Sewer Services Inc. They are located out of Wentzville. Now I must say they are amazing at All Star they always get the job done the first time and if they didn't they have never charged to come back and correct the issue. Mike Austin the owner and his brother Bill Austin are both honest and fair. The office Ladies who answer the phones and run the business are all amazing and helpful everytime. Karen, Kathy, Crystal, and Vena!!! Also they are the best at pumping septic tanks and grease traps and they leave them as clean as possible and if the lines are clogged they have people who can take care of that as well. BJ in charge of pumping always has someone who can get there as soon as possible. Maybe not same day but as soon as possible. The guys who run cable and do the jetting and drain cleaning are always professional and explain exactly what is going on and let you know if you are going to have an ongoing problem (roots, excessive grease, ect.) Whatever the problem is they will let you know what they need to do and the cost if they need to do more. This is the best independent Sewer and Pumping and Drain Cleaning Service in the Bi-State area and they come highly recommended by many even MSD. Beware of imposters because they are not located in Woodson Terrace they are located in Wentzville, Missouri. They also have a sister company called Custom Eyes Cameras/ All Star Pumping and Sewer Equipment. That sells Sewer Cameras and repairs them as well and they sell Sewer Equipment.
