Nick and John were everything I wanted in a service provider!!! They were punctual, they were professional, they were respectful of my property! They did not damage anything in my home and left it as clean as it was when they got there! I will use them every-time I need any sewer service.

Professional service with minimal invasiveness and high quality. The entire crew was courteous and very willing to explain the process. It was clear the group had excellent experience and knew how to tackle any potential problems that arose.

Needed to have some of our city home sewer lined due to roots. Excellent communication, fast service, and was a very fair price. I am really happy with their customer service.

I have editted this review. I was called and cursed at, screamed at, and harassed by a member of company management I was threatened that of i didnt change or take the review down i would be sued. The escalation was immediate. I was given almost no chance to speak. The excuse given multiple times is that the person was upset and that gave them the right to do this because i didnt know what i was talking about. I will leave a review of the product separately.

Arrived on time both days for scheduled job and followed COVID protocol. Both crews were professional, friendly, and did a meticulous job! Would use them again and highly recommend.

Selling a 100 plus year old house i was very disappointed to learn the sewer line had a hole in it. I got bids to have it fixed the old fashion way. Digging 12' down next to the house was going to be very costly and dangerous. I did some research and found Nu Flow. What a life saver!! They gave me a very reasonable bid and got it done fast! I highly recommend these folks. Deneira handled everything and got us scheduled quickly given my experience with current lead times. The NuFlow crew was courteous and professional and we were only W/O water for 24 hours. The best part is no more rivers of yuck in our basement.

Nu Flow came out and cleaned out my buried downspout, which was blocked. They were professional and thorough in explaining what they found, and helped me understand how the blockage was potentially affecting my basement. They gave an estimate for lining the pipes but did not pressure me toward any particular next steps. As a woman, I am often talked down to by repair men, but they spoke to me as an equal and I appreciated this.

I was very impressed with the Nu-Flow crew who did the sewer lining job under my 110 year old house. They were done by about 1 pm the first 2 days & by 11 on the final day. No mess and no need for a bunch of concrete work.

After finding out estimates were going to be near or over $10,000, we were thrilled to hear from our agent that there might be another option to replacing sewer penetrated by tree roots. Nu -flow came, inspected, and gave us an estimate that was about 1/3 the price, it would take less time, and it was safer than replacing sewer that may have broken more while trying to replace it. Instead, Nu flow cleared the roots from our current sewer, then slid in a liner to reinforce the current sewer. It seems to have worked beautifull! They were professional and provided video of the inside of the sewer before and after the repair, that we shared with the buyers of the hiuse. Thanks so much, Nu-flow! Id recommend them to anyone!

David Bruns provided exceptional service when performing a diagnosis and then ultimately a clean-out of roots in our sewer line. His willingness to explain the entire process and provide a list of solution options was so appreciated. These guys are extremely professional. They came out in a timely manner to give us a quote and explain how the job would be done. We had some schedule conflicts with the recent flood but they kept in communication with us the whole time and got us rescheduled fairly quickly. Would highly recommend!

Nu Flow unclogged our main line drain. We had Router rooter come out the day before and they were unsuccessful and useless. Nu Flow came the next day and worked quickly to get our drain unclogged of sludge! Really nice guys, professional, and a pleasure to have fix our blocked system. Highly recommend!

I own a slab home were my residents were having issues with water leaking from under the foundation. We had the pipes camera to determine what the issue was and found that some of the pipes had cracks in them which were causing water to leak out. Rather than breaking up the floor and replacing the lines we engaged NuFlow to come and use their technology and service to “line” the pipes so that the cracks would be repaired. We gave NuFlow the camera video that we took and they provided an estimate to get the property repaired. This process took 4 days in which I had to displace the family renting this home to a hotel during this period. After the family moved back in they found that the original problem that NuFlow was hired to correct was still happened. Nothing changed or was better after NuFlow provided their services. When we contacted NuFlow about this situation they sent someone out to investigate and told me that NOW the issue was in an area of the pipes they “could not repair” and then recommended we hire and pay for another plumbing company to come out and break up the concrete floor to repair. I am out $6,950 and still have a plumbing
problem that NuFlow led me to believe they could fix.

I had a crack in one of the cast iron sewer pipes under my house and it was recommended by the inspector to hire a plumbing service to line the pipe. I chose NuFlow and they did a wonderful job. They were on time during both visits and worked efficiently and professionally. The lead tech, Kevin, clearly explained the process so I knew what to expect. I'd definitely hire NuFlow again if I need trenchless repair in the future.

I used NuFlow to scope my sewer line to validate if there were any issues/roots in the line. David Bruns was very professional and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and the results. He also worked with a family members house and was equally helpful. I trust his recommendations and would recommend NuFlow to others!

We chose Nu-Flow to repair our main stack. Living in a 90-year old house, we wanted to avoid jackhammer approach to replacing the line under our basement floor. We paid a premium but glad we did. The team was professional and communicated with us every step of the way. No surprises. Would highly recommend to other homeowners.

People have talked about timing issues, and those were present; however, it's the service industry. Things come up at other jobs that aren't expected, and that takes more time. They were late on the first day, and I gave the office a call and they had Kevin call me--he was scheduled to work my job. Kevin gave a better time estimate, and they arrived within that window. It was really that easy. They were scheduled to be here for two days, but ended up staying three because my cast iron pipes were not playing games. They stayed because they felt additional lining would be best, and there wasn't cost associated with that. Everything they did seemed like it was about preserving my foundation and my pipes. Kevin, Ben, and Brendon were all knowledgeable and professional. Kevin walked me through the work they were going to be doing and was able to tell me which bathrooms I could use (I have a couple of stacks), which was a lifesaver. I worked from home the first two days, but had to go back to the hospital on the third. They finished up around lunch, and Kevin walked me through the final process. The guys also helped me out with an additional issue they noticed, for which I'm grateful. I believe I spoke with Daenara the most when I would call, and she was always great to work with. They didn't charge me a dime over what the bid was for, which I think is pretty rare. Nu Flow St. Louis saved me a headache and softened the financial burden (they were $500 lower than the other sewer repair company). Someone mentioned a credit card. I chose to mail a check for the 30% down and then paid with a check at the end.
