We had a sewer back-up and went to them after getting a high quote from another company to dig up our basement for repair. Nu Flow digless is the way to go - it was cheaper, faster and no need to redo our partial finished basement. They were later than we expected the first day but more than made up for it. There was a minor issue and they came the day we called to take care of it. Unfortunately found a secondary problem that was out of scope, but they stayed late and fixed that too! Nice guys, welcome at our home anytime.

These guys are awesome!!! Great pricing and wonderful customer service. They saved our closing date and were easy to work with from start to finish. Really took the time to understand our issue and helped us out in a jam. The team that did the job was friendly as can be, and were actually fun to be around. I learned a bit about pipe lining today (more interesting that I imagined), and enjoyed it. Carla and her team are awesome. Thank you!

NuFlo was excellent! Timely, negligible disturbance to the wall to access the main stack, and they put on an access plate once they were finished. There was literally no clean up. I could not be happier with the work. It also saved thousands of dollars in not having to rip up the basement floor to fix the pipe (it was all done through the pipe with a liner). Unfortunately, I've had to use NuFlo for many of the homes I've bought, but they offer exceptional service every time I use them. They are truly worth their price.

They quickly and efficiently performed the job as requested. I did explore other options before choosing nu flow which admittedly would have been a larger scope, but would also be several times more expensive.

Every day the workers left the job site cleaner than it was originally and they kept everything tidy and isolated to a 2x1 foot section.

I will recommend the company to others in my tight situation.

Carla in the office has been amazing working with getting the work scheduled & so empathetic on a huge unexpected cost while being time sensitive due to being in the process of selling the property. The technician was patient in describing everything for work required for sale to me, who knows nothing about plumbing. Calls and emails were returned quickly. I am very greatful for the experience with Nu Flow and recommend them to all.

My wife and I found out we had a cracked sewer lateral under the kitchen stack in our new house. NuFlow of St. Louis was recommended to us. I talked to Dae in the main office. She was kind and friendly. She sent out a team to assess. They came out and scoped our sewer lateral. They did confirm that it needed to be replaced and it was going to be a bigger job - having to jackhammer up the concrete, remove the old cracked cast iron, and line the remain pipe out to the sewer. I was initially worried being a new home owner, but the team that came out later was professional, efficient, and polite. They worked tirelessly at my home each day for three days. They put my anxieties at ease when I asked them questions, and Chris, who came out later, was incredibly knowledgable about what they do when I asked him questions. Everyone was nice, hard working, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend NuFlow of St. Louis.

Both Noah and Chris were amazing. Chris was extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. I felt like they were there to do what was best for me and my home, not to sell their service no matter what. They were both very professional, informative and incredibly helpful (beyond my expectations).They will always be my first call should I have another issue arise where these type of services are needed. NuFlow fixed a cracked cast iron pipe under our basement floor, which helped us avoid the astronomical costs that would have been involved in jackhammering up the floor. They came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint!! All the techs were highly knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and efficient. They were also happy to provide explanations for all of our (many) questions. We would use them again without hesitation and will be recommending them to everyone!!

NuFlow answered me quickly and was able to schedule an inspection within the same week. Another company had given us a bid for a project, but NuFlow was honest and said that there was no work that needed to be done and that they wouldn’t try to sell us on a project that wasn’t necessary. Can’t recommend that kind of service and integrity enough!

The Nu Flow team was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I was investigating solutions to line my leaky cast-iron sewer pipe - I had lots of questions, and had to get a camera inspection (from another company) in order for them to provide an estimate. This part was the slowest and most awkward of the whole process, mostly because of my lack of insight into it - no complaints at all about Nu Flow.

The team who came to do the work were pleasant and gracious about allowing me to watch them work. Their teamwork, obvious capability and experience with the process (which I found fascinating!) was very confidence-inspiring. I had originally been told that my sewer line would be out of commission for 24 hours due to the cure time of the materials in the lining, but in actuality it was quite a bit less: the first afternoon they did the preparation of the inner surface of the pipe, and camera inspection to take precise measurements of the junctions etc in the pipe, which took most of the time at my house. The actual insertion of the lining was fast and smooth by comparison.

The following day the team arrived early in the morning, removed their tools and materials from the inside of the pipe, did a video inspection, and reported on the state of the process (completed without hiccups or complications), cleaned up the workspace and were out of there in short order.

I found their price reasonable, all Nu Flow staff with whom I interacted helpful and patient, the materials provided to me (pictures, videos, written materials) and general communication professional and informative, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for sewer work of any sort.

We had serious issue with a 2" iron drain pipe that ran in the slab under the kitchen floor to the basement. Ben with NuFlow came up with a solution that solved our problem and saved us between 10 & 15 thousand dollars, not including the cost to rebuild the kitchen. Ben rerouted our plumbing in the basement, and Landon and his crew cleaned out and lined the iron pipe under the kitchen floor. The work was clean professional and on time.

I would gladly use Nu Flow for future work.

Wow! These guys do a great job! Our cast iron sewer pipes in the basement were very corroded and with this new technology no need to dig up the basement and be out of water for a week. Lining the pipes is the way to go! Thank you Nu Flow.

Superior work. Quality work. Nu Flow replaced 1940 sewer pipes and drains! Very friendly and communicative. Tiny 2-inch drains replaced with large 4-inch drains. Answered all my questions.

Fixed one problem, created another. Refused to take responsibility for the broken connection because "They didn't touch that." I guess sawing through a pipe in one place means that there is no possible way you could mess up a connection anywhere else on the pipe but okay!

In my experience, if it isn’t leaking before you work on it, then it starts leaking after, you messed something up. But I guess that’s my fault for thinking that way!

Would not recommend unless you want to take the risk of having more serious and expensive repairs in the future because of their shotty work.

EDIT: NuFlow’s reply is the perfect example of trying to spin the narrative in their favor knowing I cannot reply to them directly. A leak did not exist before they worked on my pipe. I have multiple videos and pictures from licensed inspectors that say there was no problem with the stack when I bought the house. NuFlow created the damage and will NOT take responsibility

Nu Flow St. Louis did an exceptional job installing structural pipe liners in my 90 year old deteriorating cast iron and clay home sewer system. Ben, Chief Operations Officer, came to my home personally to address the issues, answer my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident about the project. I especially liked his no high pressure sales approach. Technicians; John and MJ; were professional, courteous, on-time each day and worked extremely hard to get my project done in a timely manner.
