Nu Flow CIPP-Lined 24 feet of our cast iron sewer pipe (which was on the verge of collapse). Having just finished our basement, we were looking for a way to repair the pipe without tearing out our flooring or digging. They were very careful and methodical in removing roots from a very fragile section of pipe without collapsing the pipe. They were professional and considerate of our home (it rained both days they were working and they were careful not to track in water or mud) and took time to explain the work they were doing. Dustin, our customer contact, was responsive, helpful and professional. We were very pleased with our entire experience from beginning to end.

We recently used Nu Flow St. Louis for a difficult plumbing issue, and I’m very glad we chose them. They were extremely responsive from the very beginning — fast replies, clear communication, and truly professional service.

Our plumber, Ben, was outstanding. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the entire process clearly. The pipe connector crack we had was very deep, and fixing it the regular way would have cost at least twice as much. Fortunately, Nu Flow offered an alternative solution using their SIPP/CIPP liner, which saved us a lot of money and avoided major digging.

They also provided a 10-year warranty on the liner. They even mentioned they could offer more, but state regulations don’t allow a longer warranty — which shows they are honest, transparent, and follow the rules.

From my experience, Nu Flow St. Louis is the best in the area for CIPP liner work. Excellent experience, high-quality workmanship, and fair pricing. I highly recommend Nu Flow St. Louis and especially Ben for any pipe lining or plumbing needs.

Need had services by the company but today 1-15-19 one of there drivers on North Lindbergh at around 12:35 almost ran into the back of not once but twice. Hope you have up to date insurance. It was a white guy with a goatee or a low beard in his 30s. Please have your driver to slow down snow is everywhere and piled up on the sides of the road.
